Clean room, good price!

The location is fantastic, and the price was reasonable. The free breakfast was an added plus after sleeping in a nice, clean room.

Unfortunately, there were screaming kids banging on the walls and making it very difficult to sleep, but that's not the property's fault.

Horrible stay, did not fulfill request, spent 2x the money.

Breakfast was mediocre, very small selection...

I requested a accessible room. When I get there they had booked my room on the 2nd floor with no elevators. My wife is in a wheelchair and cannot walk. So it was either accept the room, or take a room on the 1st floor that was a studio suite that was double the cost...ridiculous!

Bed was so uncomfortable. We left at 6:30 in the morning I couldn’t sleep at all. I had to wait 30 min for the tv to work. Hardly any parking. Not spacious at all.

Stayed three nights… each night small age kids were running up and down the hall while their parents drank beer and smoked (weed and cigarettes) right outside the exit door….lasted till shortly after eleven when management locked the outside door for the night… just beware , you probably won’t get a good nights sleep

not many options for breakfast, beds are full of bed bugs (found a few with the naked eye), kids couldn't get good sleep , its like what you pay is what you get.

Location was great for my travel purpose. Easy to get in & out of property. The staff were friendly.

The “breakfast” was laughable. Only option was breads or cold cereal. The bedding had multiple cigarette burn holes, which I find odd for a completely non-smoking facility. The washcloths were so stained I’m not sure they were actually clean, so I didn’t use them. The room had coffee cups, but no coffee maker! And the coffee in the lobby was turned off after breakfast time. The TV has satellite service, so if it’s raining (like it was during my stay) don’t expect any service.

The worst hotel stay ever.

When I left.

The staff was extremely rude. Only one knew English. And if I had a question and the one wasn't there, the others would just say no and literally blow me off and go to the office and they were always smoking weed. The place reaked of it. They refused to give me a print out receipt after many tries to get one. I showed up and they had construction going but failed to mention that when I booked. So the breakfast was shut down and that was horribly inconvenient. The construction crew would work at night and I hardly slept as they were ripping things out, running up and down the halls like children. After asking them to not work after a certain hour they just blew every request off. And yes. All of the staff was dirty and constantly smoking weed which I can't be around. All in all, they were so rude, that I will make it my mission to turn as many people away from there, and I hope their business suffers and they have to close down. I will never use this hotel or their parent company again, and I tell everyone of my experience. Hopefully super 8 goes under, and this location suffers the most.

Needs updating for money charged!

Lady at check-in kept trying to run my credit card saying it was declined, after I said it was paid for. The beds are hard beding is rough, the tub was dirty, the toilet was loose. The room was over crowded small walk way. Walls are paper thin you can hear next store room tv. The place needs a good update if it's going to represent the Wyndham name. The breakfast bar is a flop, juice machine didn't work. Poor handicap parking.

It was very disgusting mold everywhere the entire facility was in disrepair the room smelled like Mold and urine.
