We had a problem with our room when we first got there and the young lady made changes immediately to comfort our stay.

Some of the furniture needs to be upgraded.

You get what you pay for.

The girl at the desk was friendly. Easy to find and a good location. Fridge, microwave. The hotel did honor my requests so I was thankful for that.

The room was not very clean. The bed were not comfortable and the pillows were flat as pancakes. The bathtub was dirty, the paint was awful, the room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was zero plugs near the bed without pulling out the nightstand which was gross behind.

The room was remarkably clean and neat.

The mattress on the bed should have been thrown out 10 years ago. The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept, or didn't sleep, in. The shower required either a mechanical engineering degree or some instructions on the wall.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great.

There were a lot of broken fixtures in the room. The lights on the desk , outlets on the night stand. The sink faucet was loose and almost fell off.

The room was dirty coffee pot didn't work. They had no soap in the bathroom . The room was never cleaned. The heat hardly worked. Want a refund. It was not worth what I paid. Will never stay again.

The building is old and is falling a part balconies are metal and concrete and are so rusty that the metal is showing major failure & rust. they slopped paint to try to dress up a pig for example, flooring is cheep and poorly installed furniture looks like its original all scratched and chipped, Beds are a joke worn out , when sitting on edge of bed I feel the springs in my butt, shower in first unit they gave me was cracked, then moved to room with heat that is old heat strips and it doesn't correctly keep room at correct temp.

Did not have time to find another hotel, therefore, had to make work; but not next time.

Price was excellent compared to others in area. Location was good, right off of the PA turnpike.

Initially had to change room because it had a STRONG animal odor/smell. The next room had a smell/odor, but I was able to bear with it, however, it was dirty (and used cup) behind the nightstand, bathroom ceiling was decomposing, and room was just VERY old and not well maintained.

Decent stay with inconveniences that where unexpected and could have easily been corrected.

Convenient location for my needs, clean, and relatively quiet except for the air conditioner. The weather was hot those two days.

Room air conditioner barely worked, was very noisy, and obviously needed repaired. When checking out the person at the front desk refused to let me pay with cash even though the website states customer can pay at the property. He was uncooperative and somewhat rude to me.

Very disappointing and dirty

Red roof plus is the exact same as red roof. Had to pay an extra $100 as a deposit. They did not reimburse our $100 and couldn't or wouldn't give us a reason why. Our next stay will definitely be with a different hotel.

There was nothing to like

When I checked in I asked for a receipt. The clerk said he couldn't give me one. The balcony has large dark stains in several places. The ceiling roof outside My room had caution tape everywhere and was falling in. The floor in the room was sticky. There were blood stains on the sheets. The tub and sink barely drained. The paint was peeling off the ceiling. The chest of drawers had broken drawers. The bathroom door knob was hanging loose. The elevator looked like someone had been murdered in it. Covered in stains and dirt. When I checked out the office entrance had a extremely foul smell outside. Only half of the lights worked in the room.

Generally we have good experiences with Red Roof, but this was not one of them.

Helpful in finding good local place to eat. Location near Turnpike.

Had an accessible, no-frills room. Over-air conditioning led to a film of moisture on many surfaces when we arrived. Did not understand how the sink drained and had to call maintenance. Had a non-smoking room but right outside was a layer of cigarette butts in the parking lot from the rain that smelled and looked terrible. Bed seemed newer but I have a bad back and it was too soft. Staff seems to be two people who are pleasant but difficult to understand for us. There seems to be the start of an effort to update the motel, but many maintenance issues remain.

Good for a one night stay

If you're reading this, the keycard works. You just have to lift the handle up instead of pushing down to open the door. The location was good - there's a Max n Erma's across the street and plenty of places to get food delivery. The room was clean considering pets are allowed - the floors are bare (no carpet). The shower was fine, and the pillows were alright.

The elevator was sketchy, and we felt the need to get into the room as quickly as possible and lock ourselves in. The beds were awful - mine had a hump in the middle that made you feel like you could roll off the bed, and every time I adjusted, a spring popped and woke up my companion. The display light on the AC was a bit bright and illuminated the whole room - not that big of a deal unless you need total darkness to sleep. The TV was a bit of a challenge, but the remote might have needed new batteries. We also had to move the nightstand out from the wall and plug phone chargers directly into the wall because the nightstand outlets didn't work.
