The area was good

Didnt really feel safe heree

Nothing. The room was dirty and smelled horribly. We left after an hr. If I thought I had any chance at a refund I would have complained to the hotel.

Everything. The place was beyond dirty and had this musty nasty smell.

Nothing ! Very dirty. Staff super rude we did not have towels to shower there were bugs it was horrible the guy working over night promised me that he would make sure he brought towels and wash cloths he never did I went down to the lobby he said he was so busy but did not have one customer he was sitting down. Then the next morning I asked and I let the other person know like I did the night shift person that me and my family drove 3.5 hours to get here for baseball tournament they did not have a care if the world I was so upset I was crying I called on my person phone because the room phone was not working the AC did not work they did not care to fix that they never once clean the room the shower had mold all in it. I’m not one to complain but this was the absolute worth especially the way we got treated after traveling 3.5 hours. And I let them know that so many times as I was crying talking to them I said there’s so many reasons to complain and I was not going to but not being about to get towels or wash cloths and having no AC and dealing with roaches and mold I’m beyond disappointed and very upset.

The price was a good price but I really cannot even say that, by the way we got treated couldn’t shower or nothing because they refused to give us towels and wash cloths after telling me it was not there issue .

Good location.

Room smelled like they had sprayed an entire can of fabreze just before we walked in the room. The room still smelled bad when we left the next day. After watching the tv for a couple of hours, the tv turned off. We turned the tv back on numerous times and the tv turned off immediately. I asked for a receipt and was told they couldn’t give me a receipt. Would never stay in this hotel again!

Everything thing was ok except the price for a cardboard bed mattress Will not be returning unless they change them out.

Room 115 bathroom is a mess. The shower is jury rigged for a handicap shower. Whoever did that job should have been fired. the lower border is a haven for mold and bugs although I didn’t see any bug’s personally

Staff was polite and helpful. We had a small issue in our room and staff sent maintenance immediately. Location was fantastic for us to attend the Living Dead weekend at the monroeville mall.

The price

You only get what you pay for I understand that the price was good but overall it was not such a clean good happy experience that didn't come with me the lower price for breakfast

I couldn't get the lever to the shower to work.

That it was ran by people from India.. but for some reason, I confuse them

It wasn’t safe for people with disabilities like my son and I

Running a scam

The room smelled like big spray or something not sure but we had to leave the door open to air it out for an hour or so. The room wasn't what the picture on the website looked like. The bathtub was dirty.

No breakfast, rooms were dirty and very run down. Beds wee extremely uncomfortable.

i only liked it for spending time with my boyfriend.

OLD hotel, poorly repaired. Ice machines broken. No vending. Pretty dirty. It was falling apart 13 years ago when it was a Day's Inn and it's not any better now.

It was close to Kennywood park

The bathtub took 25 minutes to drain after a shower, the light by the door had a short and would randomly flicker, door was hard to latch and almost impossible to lock, walls were full of holes, whole place felt run down and dirty, found bed bugs when we stripped the beds right before we left.

the outlets did not work we had toe nail clippings in the bathroom tub.

We got a king size bed and it was comfortable and it has free Wi-Fi and free coffee in the morning. Those were the good things about it.

The property was disgusting. There was a microwave in the room but the tray for it did not fit so my coffee spilled. Then no free breakfast just coffee and there’s no coffee machine in the room. The rooms were very disgusting. There was dirt all over the floor which had no carpet. we found literally nasal and fluid boogers on the walls. the desks had dried food on it. The only thing that looked like it was clean, was the bed other than the burn hole in the pillow case.
