The outside of the hotel is very nice. Lobby, very nice. Service, absolutely amazing. However, the rooms are a little worn down and kind of messy looking. Our window had condensation on the inside from the seals. You can tell they’re old. We had a conjoining room, that we did not ask for, and the lock was broken on it so it did not lock, kind of alarming. When we arrived the fridge in the room had a bunch of food and drinks in it as well as candy in the drawers. I mentioned it to the front desk, the lady was super apologetic and handled the situation for me. Breakfast was hot and had a lot of options. It was pretty good.

Staff was great and I had a suite and it was spacious. However the bed was very basic in quality, thin an uncomfortable and not what you would expect in a suite. I did not rest as well as I should have.

This place is dirty, disgusting, old and rundown! I felt sorry for the woman at the desk! She was very nice and apologized when we said we were not staying there! It was not anything she could do! It is a very old place, rundown and dirty! It needs to be torn down or totally remodeled! The overall conditions were disgusting! Obviously, nobody that is in any position to do something about the conditions has not been there in years! Sadly, we had just stayed at a nice Holiday Inn Express in another state 3 days earlier and expected the same here! We have never checked out of a hotel within 5 minutes of checking in before!

Room was not clean enough,very sticky floor. Swimming pool area doesn't smell very pleasant.Food is okay, nothing is special. We would not suggest to go again.

The hotel seems to have a water or humidity issue. The first room we were assigned was very humid and smelled very musty. The linens felt damp to the touch and all the metal fixtures had rust on them. There was also dog food on the floor so we thought maybe the smell was due to an animal. We asked for a new room and the woman at the front desk was very kind and quickly gave us a new room. This room had similar issues as the first, but had a heavy cleaning fragrance in what we assume was an attempt to cover up the smell. The floors felt slimy and not clean. This is not what we expect to see from a Holiday Inn, especially at $200 for one night.

Convenient to highway and welcoming lobby. Bases of lamps were rusted, shower surround was separated from the wall. AC was difficult to adjust.

It wasn’t as nice as I had hoped. There were rust stains in the bathtub, and some dirt found on our sheets. The front desk gave us a new sheet to use instead. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

No greeting from staff when walking in to check in. Actually she didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there until I spoke. Never told us our room number just said it was on the inside of the card holder. Never told us how to get to the room. The bathroom was not clean. Toilet seat was not installed properly and there were rubber things sticking out from under the seat where it attaches to the toilet. The vent was full of dust and needed to be vacuumed. The sink looked like it was eroding with hard water issues. Not impressed with the cleanliness for the amount of money the room cost. The best was comfortable.

Due to an overnight power outage caused by a storm, the hotel was unable to serve the usual warm breakfast. However, the staff handled the situation graciously and did their best to provide alternative options, which we really appreciated.

The stay was good, but the pool was closed for maintenance. We booked the room earlier that day as a last minute decision. We chose the hotel partly for the pool, but it didn't list online that it was closed We we're disappointed. Outside of that it was a fine stay.

Had a great stay at the hotel!! It was in a quiet location, the room was spacious and cozy and everything was very clean! The staff was SO friendly! Every single person I interacted with was just welcoming, friendly and helpful! The bed was super comfortable and I slept SO well! They also had an awesome breakfast every morning! Very great stay! Nice accomodations in a convenient location for me. Made reservation w/ a note that I would be checking in late- close to midnight. Arrived at midnight- no one at desk. called phone# on reservation, got a foreign call center who could not match my name, phone or reservation# to a reservation. Gave me another # to call. Called second # which had a local area code- again, got foreign call center. Found a different local # for the location and called and got no answer. In short- checkin was problematic.

Stayed 3 days in a King Suite. There was no daily room service, but we walked down to the desk and we're helped there by nice staff. We took our own trash out when it got full. Not a huge deal but thought they'd at least come once during our stay.
