Staff all very friendly and welcoming for us an our dogs. Room clean. Only complaint was the dog relief areas were fully snow covered and unshoveled. Made it difficult to take out dogs to the bathroom when it was -12 degrees. Otherwise great experience and we will stay there again next January!

Fire alarm at 1AM on 9/525, woke everyone up and forced the evacuation of the hotel. I was told it was a "wiring" issue. Not a pleasant experience.

Very nice property. Nice sized room. Very convenient to route 28 and the turnpike. Wonderful breakfast in a pleasant setting. Very clean. Only complaint was that our room smelled like wet dog. May be my bad for choosing a first floor room ( assume it’s popular with pet owners) Despite this I would definitely recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Checkin was a breeze. Breakfast choices were good. Through no fault of the hotel we did have a fire alarm and had to evacuate the building for 45 minutes during the night. Apparently a false alarm but better to be safe.

The pros were that the bed was very comfortable and parking was included. I was there for surgery, so I do not know about the breakfast, but my husband said it was decent. The only downfall was that they were undergoing construction.
