Nothing.

Just didn't match what i paid for the room. The hotel is a little run down the beds are awful and hard as a rock the pillows were flat and smiled bad. the bathroom had some kind of poop rubbed across the door and the cleaning crew screamed down the hallway to each other waking me up multiple times and also knocked on my down more than an hour before check out. I would never stay here again.

Excellent front desk but the hotel needs some work

The front desk staff was excellent. They let us try 3 different rooms before the 3rd one was acceptable due to excess smells in the first two rooms. Breakfast was pretty good.

The staff was friendly. Nice and quiet. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good and I loved that they had turkey sausage the one day as I don't eat pork.

Eh, I'd go elsewhere

Stayed at the Holiday Inn, and overall, it was just okay. The location was fine, but the noise from other rooms and outside was pretty noticeable. Cleanliness wasn’t great, floors in my room were sticky and dirty, the couch had stains, and the lamps were rusted. One even sparked when I plugged in my phone charger. The hotel itself felt outdated. One of the bigger disappointments was the swimming pool being closed, which was a major reason we booked this hotel, especially with kids. For the price ($200 a night after tax), I expected better. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t worth the cost.

Beds were a little hard for my liking. I got a chocolate milk from the breakfast to take in the car. It was expired. Luckily I had only taken on sip and spit it out. Then noticed it was expired

My floor was filthy - it turned my feet black. And there was old potato chips under the bed. And when I requested a little tidy up (garbage and sofa bed), I got a little attitude from the woman at the desk.

The location was pretty good, our King room was nice and clean, and bed was comfortable.

Bathroom size was super compact, I'm 5'2" (not big/tall) I had to back up straddling the toilet to close the door. The breakfast selections were limited and less than desirable, I've not encountered this at other Holiday Inn locations. The parking lot, entry, front desk, and elevator all are compact, and worn, first impressions is you've walked into lower ☆ chain motel that has a Holiday Inn Express sign.

Pleasant

I loved the breakfast in the morning, the ability to an indoor pool during hte winter and the location was close to lots of resturants, gas stations, etc.

Our ac/heating unit was filthy! The first night we both were coughing and not feeling well. Come to find out we took the air filter out of the unit and it was caked in dust and dirt. I called the front desk a few times to see if they could look at it but no one answered so we cleaned it ourselves. I was very disappointed about this. I booked a room for this summer to come visit friends and family and I hope we do not run into this issue again.

Would not recommend this hotel to others at the price I paid

Breakfast was good and the pool was very nice.

I have stayed here several times over the years but the place is looking tired and worn. In 2022, how can a hotel not have USB ports?! There were missing lightbulbs and the chair in the room was threadbare. The best thing about the hotel is the pool.
