Absolutely nothing and the fact i had already emailed you about the experience and never had a reply

Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 5:30 I was down at 5:50 and there was not a single thing put out. The room was dirty and someone's hair/ball clippers we're left in the bathroom with hair all over the place. The lady at the front desk wouldn't even come out of the little office so I never got to see her when I checked out. She was ignorant and rude when I asked about breakfast and told me just to leave my keys on the desk.

Clean, decent priced, comfortable beds

Other guests very loud all through the night , train every half hour was loud, (just not very sound proofed or absorbing) no milk for breakfast cereal or coffee, cart to take luggage was so hard to push/turn

Many stores/restaurants close by.

Bathroom was not great

Great location. Close to the zoo and only about 20 mins from downtown. Lots of food options and stores in walking distance. Great breakfast in the morning and the 2 employees we dealt with were amazing!! Kashore, I believe, checked us in and Christina was there in the morning. They were both so friendly, accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. I know there are minor cosmetic issues that need taken care of at the hotel, but, nothing that affected our stay.

Breakfast was not great, no juice, not a lot of choices. Room was dirty and needed maintenance. Toilet seat was peeling and had bubbles with pubic hair stuck in it. Toilet paper holder was broken and didn't hold the toilet paper. Scum in tub, mold on shower curtain. AC unit was broken. Mouse poop in bedding of pullout couch. Couch severely stained. Rented a suite, expected more. TV had lines running thru it and barely got any channels.

The first look at the hotel was disappointing the grass was knee high! The first room we were given had a horrible smell of mildew and mold and the AC didnt work! We then went immediately to the front desk the woman was very helpful and gave us another room. The second room was somewhat better but still horrible. there was a dirty q tip on the floor, the molding was coming off the wall and just laying on the floor, The toliet did not flush properly. We didnt walk on the floor without socks or shoes because it was dirty. The shower sprayed everyone as soon as it was turned on, there were also dirty hand prints behind the door in the bathroom. As we were leaving my husband picked up the sheets and to our Suprise it was disgusting there was a dirty q tip and lots of stains. I will never stay at this hotel again and it was not worth the $170 we paid for it

The bed was soft and clean. The shower had plenty of hot water. Towels were refreshed when we were out of the room. A/C unit was cool and not noisy. The black out curtains were good. Check out was easy.

Upon opening the door and arriving, there were drink stains all over the side table and crumbs from someone who had just eaten apparently. Floor had fruit pits on the side of the baseboard, as well as dust from never being cleaned. The TV paper guide next to the television showed many. channels offered on the lineup, but many of them were unavailable. 2 of the 4 light bulbs in our bathroom were burned out, and the vent cover on the bathroom wall was falling off. The noise at nignt was ridiculous. We were right near an elevator, but it was the noise level at 1230am that woke us. Parents playing tag with their children outside our door, yelling while waiting for the elevator, which is very small, with a dirty carpet that needs shampooed or replaced. The breakfast area was way too small to sit down and eat, so we just did a grab and go of muffins and coffee. Needless to say we wont return here unless its a.free refund. Only stay here if you are in and out at best.

Nothing. The rooms were filthy and outdated. We left for a hotel next door about an hour after we checked in.

The rooms were awful. Looks as if they haven't been touched in years. Mold/mildew was on the lampshades, stains on the walls and on the box spring for the bed. We left shortly after checking in.

Good location for eateries, fuel, and Target store close by

Found a beer can on the bathtub/shower wall and trash on the TV stand, after checking in. Had bathtub but faucet wouldn't work to change from shower head to faucet.

We walked in the room and turned around and went back to reception to check out. The room was very musty and was not appealing at all.

Our room carpet was wet and smelled of mold. Our initial room door’s peephole was just a hole. I had to cover it with a cup to not have anyone look inside our room. We finally requested another room when we found our fridge not working and filled with mold. In our new room, we found a used washcloth hanging in the shower.

Location kind of sketchy. Room sub-par. Bathroom exhaust fan cover not attached. Toilet seat looked "melted" in spots. No water pressure in shower. Walls were visibly dirty. A/C outdated and struggled to keep room cold. Multiple light switches and outlets did not work. TV reception had a lot of static. Blankets looked thinner than the curtains

Hotel was closed due to power outage, no email or calls, had to find new hotel at night and still wants charge fee

They didn’t have the correct rooms we booked. The rooms weren’t cleaned when we checked in at 9pm.

Breakfast was satisfying. The location is good to get to where you need to go.

It could be a lot cleaner. You should really check behind your TV stands microwaves. Replace the shower heads that don't work properly.

The hotel was cheap and fairly easy to get to

I didn't think to take photos, but both mattresses had stains all over. The springs in the mattresses were broken it misplaced. Metal objects like laps were rusting and paint was chipping. The vending machines were down and the over whelming smell of marijuana was icing on the cake.

Location was fine. Breakfast was iffy.

Room was dirty, grounds were not safe. Receptionist was handing out room cards without checking info. Water was just dripping out of shower head- no water pressure at all. Floor was greasy and slippery. Would not stay here again.

Not one thing

It was dirty, my room was non smoking but smelt like smoke! The socket plugs were hanging out the wall. There were stains on the chair and covers. And no lock on the door!

The bed was comfortable even with the handprints on the one pillow and bedspread. Very close to the conference I was heading to. Staff members were friendly. Coffee was good!

Lifted the toilet seat and there were several pieces of toilet paper in the bowl! I went to Target and got disinfectant wipes to clean the room a bit just to be safe.

I am very laid back but this place was awful. From the time you walk in to the rooms. The lobby was disgusting, smelled of smoke and very dark. Just fyi the lady at the desk was very nice. I already had a bad feeling about the room due to the condition of the lobby. The room was awful. The top cover to the beds were paper thin and stained. There was also a hair on the bed that appears to be from private areas. This room also had an area with a couch and tv. The couch was so stained. There was no way I was staying here. We gave back our key and asked for a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Top lock was broken and the room smell like cigarettes , you get what you pay for !

Location and pretty much had the necessities like, bed was comfy, had hot water and heat. But that's all that was good

Not clean. Bathroom had what looked like chewing tobacco spit on the wall and snuff grains in the corner. Dirty wash cloth under sink. Chair has stains on it. Very ghetto feeling

Staff that checked me in were super informativthe , and accommodating

There are no soda or snack machines

The property was convenient to access off the highway and had restaurants near by Staff were friendly

The room needed some facelifts and repairs And it was not particularly clean The room was fairly dusty and dirty and quite visibly needing a deep clean

It was not a very clean room and most of the lights/outlets worked. Bathroom was pretty dirty and overall gross. Checking in customer service was alright but there was cleaning group throwing stuff at each other and over all loud. I've stayed at same price point hotels that were way more comfortable
