The dining area was decent

Overall, the rooms and hotel is barely clean and staff we experienced were not very nice particularly one front desk worker that we encountered the first and second day. And to have to have to ask and go get your own towels and toiletries and walk your own trash down is wild by itself, but to get attitude over it is even worse.

The location for breakfast was inviting, breakfast was tasty and had variety. It was a nice t ouch to have pre-bagged breakfasts during the week, for people in a hurry to attend meetings.

Nice selection, liked scones, fresh fruit & mango water. Water cooler with fruit in lobby very good. Nice lounge area for dining.

Needs bpetter lighting at bed area. I knit & lighting inadequate to knit/read in bed. Room next to elevator, mechanical noise distracting all night.

We spent more time at our hotel than usual and I'm so glad we stayed at your facility.

It was a good breakfast both mornings we were there. The supplies were kept full and the attendant cleaned the tables appropriately. Our room was very spacious and designed well. We loved the patio and fire pit. The night shift attendant was helpful in checking on us and offering to light the fire pit. He was very charming.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The price was a little higher than what I normally pay.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a wonderful front desk experience! Chrissy was so kind & personable & when we were checking out the following morning, she remembered that we were there for my daughter’s baby shower & asked how it was, wished my daughter good luck, said she had grandchildren, etc. She was incredibly sweet & it warmed our hearts! The evening front desk person was also very kind & helpful. What a great staff at the Harmarville Hampton!

OK despite the items listed above.

They only clean on alternating days. On the appointed day, I reminded the front desk to have my room cleaned. I returned in the evening and found only the towels replaced and trash emptied. They did not sweep or vacuum. You could tell by the dirt left on the floor. The bed was unmade. I complained to the front desk and they apologized. That's it.

Bed & pillows very comfortable. Rooms very clean. Only thing, and it may just be me, the scent of the room, be it a cleaning product perhaps, was a little strong for me. But I am sensitive to smells, scents, so it may just be me.

Room was clean, but very obvious someone smoked in there. We notified front desk, but we were unable to switch rooms, so I bought air freshener for it. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. And $50 pet fee when surrounding hotels were only $15?!

I only marked value for price as good, because of the economy. Inflation in the past two years or so has caused the price to increase from ~$200/night to ~$300/night for a queen room.

Hampton Harmarville is our only choice to stay when in Harmarville!

The front desk staff was amazing! Especially Amy. Loved sitting outside and relaxing. Played on putting green. Grandkids loved it there. Good bfast!

The coffee pots in the evening were cold. Hot water was hot. Bfast juice was not real juice. Small things but we loved it overall.

The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options. The coffee that was available day and night was excellent..
