Good for short stay

The staff were friendly, answered well and breakfast was limited but decent. Good breakfast if for short while, same menu repeats every day. Complimentary parking and utensils is added advantage.

The Wifi is terrible and very poor.even after repeated complaints, could not be fixed even after their routers were rebooted. Cleanliness is medium and gives a motel feel. Long time for deposit refund.

It was nice

There were trash bags in various locations and the trash cans were full. I was drying my hair and making dinner and it tripped a Cricut. I requested utensils and a blanket. I had to call twice. Got the utensils and not the blanket. The gentleman who checked me in had no personality at all. The breakfast was just okay. The hash browns were cold and the coffee way too strong and cold. The milk container had no lid and wasn’t in ice. Didn’t use it. This particular hotel isn’t a place I would go again.

There's a stale smell upon opening of the door . The bottled water that I bought from the guest services lobby was ridiculously high @$4.50 @. Breakfast was ok but not great. Our room wasn't serviced (trash not picked up after day 1, room wasn't cleaned )

Nice and comfortable stay

The room had a sink for dishwashing and a microwave for warming. The room ventilation was good. The room was well-spaced and well-designed. The room and bathroom were clean and stylish.

Some items can be added to the breakfast, like fruits It was unclear whether the shampoo in the bathroom is for hair wash or body wash, or both. The room, or at least the bathroom, has no single-use slipper. The fridge has no spring water bottle (just 2 bottles seem to be adequate) The room had no electric kettle.

Everything was ok until we had the insident with the iron .

This time the room dint had an iron, we ask for one and they brought in one that was dirty, as soon as a we put water in it black steam started to come out. We had and event to attend and olmos got our clothes stain with that iron. Some times we think that they check if all the appliances are working properly but they don’t. Guests check the irons before you put it in your clothes.

Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, with spacious rooms and a satisfying breakfast.

The room was surprisingly spacious, with two TVs — a fun touch, even though we only used one. The fridge was convenient as well. Breakfast in the morning was enjoyable, offering options like cereal, pancakes, hash browns, eggs, and sausage, along with juice and sodas.

The only issue we experienced was during check-in. It seems the staff used a glitter pen, which smudged the room number. As a result, we accidentally tried to open the wrong room. We later realized that the “3” looked like a “5,” and once we tried the correct room, we were able to get in without further problems.

Perfect for business trip!

Not a whole lot of kids' noises, I think because it was during the week and kids were in school. It could also be because it was near by the airport, guests were probably mostly on business trips. Breakfast area was neat, continental items were readily available for grab; hot items were made to order with breakfast ticket (given at check-in). My room was spacious and clean. I didn't know my window was open (for about an inch) when I checked-in, so first night I listened to planes take-off, which I didn't mind; I shut the window the 2nd night and I couldn't hear anything.

Minor issue - the hair dryer was on ON mode only after plugging in, strong and one heat setting. I brought my own hair dryer which I then ended up using so I could control the heat and noise level without disturbing nearby guests.

This place was loud and disgusting with rude staff and a free breakfast not worth the price.

The room size was good. Having a jacuzzi bathtub was unexpected. That was a plus

The food was disgusting. There was not any hot sauce and the rudest staff members were the people that prepared the food. I had to go out and buy breakfast. I normally am not very picky. I do expect hot sauce or salsa as an option. Not having cream for the watered down coffee wasn't good. I do not like fake creamer. The toilet flushed a few times. I am a Mr. Fix it person so I opened it up and saw that parts were worn out so it made sense the toilet did not flush. They do not make up the rooms there which I did not expect. I travel a lot and have never had to leave a huge room deposit. I just stayed at a luxury hotel in New York. They put a hold on my ard, but did not charge anything. This dump charged hundreds of dollars that has not been put back onto my card. The pool was gross. I looked filthy. The property seemed in disrepair. It was very noisy. I worked in the hotel business for ten years. I had to be professional and polite. The staff here were neither. There were not enough parking spots for the amount of rooms they had. Most of the handicapped parking was around the back of the property near gates that were locked most of the time. Being disabled and needing to go around to the front was difficult. I had to park in the fire lane one night. My only recommendation for this property is to stay away.

Not worth the cost.

Room was spacious

The whole “hotel” was very sketchy feeling. Trash bags left out in walkways, trash all over the bushes, back parking lot was gross. TVs in room were hard to use. No guide on channels and needed to be set up every time you turned it on. Breakfast was offered, but needed vouchers (paper slips) and you got charged for unused vouchers unless you turned them in upon check out. Breakfast was watery scrambled eggs, sausage, and rubbery pancakes.

In general, we were satisfied with our stay and felt comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for two days and overall had a very pleasant experience. The interior is nice and comfortable, and the room felt cozy and enjoyable. The bed seemed comfortable as well, and everything was convenient for us during the stay.

The only downside was the breakfast system. It was unusual to receive food only with tickets, which felt a bit restrictive. Also, we don’t eat pork, and the only sausages offered for breakfast were pork ones, so this was a personal disadvantage for us.

Just not worth it

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place

The first room had bugs they moved us the second room has bugs there were even bugs in the bed on the first room. The air conditioner does not work the second room. The air conditioner was put down to 68 and it didn’t even get cold in that room. Just a horrible situation. The grounds look very nice at this hotel. It’s very pretty outside but for the price it’s not worth it and they charge you $200 security deposit and won’t release it for 3 to 5 business days it’s funny that this is a choice property because choice would not allow this.

Absolutely not booking with MainStay Suites again.

Didn't like how no message was left to inform me the hotel didn't have any water. Didn't like how front desk was so nonchalant and had a room full of guest on the phone with their booking agents trying to figure out how to get refunded. Plus only giving 30% discount if we decided to stay.

Breakfast was lacking compared to other hotels. It lacked yogurt, granola, and other essentials.

The water was out for 1.5 days, which I was already made aware of, and I was provided a discount. However, time estimates drifted from the original projections of water restoration. The remaining staff lacked the latest updates.

First time I stayed here as was an extended stay in OC. I defitnately recommend as the rooms are nice and clean.

Ease of getting in and out of hotel. Bed was comfortable.

No TV in suite area. No utensils in kitchen area. Room too cold by bed, unable to get air movement in suite area. It was very humid. Toilet giggled and black stuff came up the shower. I was given a new room. Not a safe area to walk around due to homeless and no shopping in walking distance. Not enough car spaces when coming back late to the hotel, could not find a parking space.
