Clean and great breakfast selection

Too close to flight path and when I looked at the map provided by booking.com, the airfield was not noted. The parking lot was used by those leaving for airport so guest parking was limited. This was not noted on reviews. There was a daily charge of $19 daily which perhaps was an oversight when I reviewed the site. The air conditioner/heater was loud and would turn off with a bang daily.

One thing is they do always have some issues with charging the room but they are always so helpful in correcting the problem.

Location is great, the room was spacious, the bed was comfy, quite and nice overall. Breakfast was good too. Good value for money!

The lady that checked us in was not really welcoming nor warm, didn't smile and didn't talk to guests checking in nicely. Also, we had to wait for her to appear at the front desk as well as other people behind us since there was nobody at the front desk at first when we arrived.

Nice Hotel

On Booking,com app I specified a late check in time since my flight landed at around 10pm. When I got to the hotel they had my room keys already made and after checking my ID we were all done! Fastest check in ever. The lady at the front counter was very nice and offered us complimentary water bottles before we went to the room. Very nice room, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Austin was very friendly and helpfu on the phone, he answered several of my questions before my flight. I also appreciate the multi-USB charging block. It's the little things that can make a trip stress-free.

Beds are very firm, not much softness to them. I called before my flight multiple times and kept getting someone on the phone, I think he said his name was James. He took such long pause during the call I thought we got disconnect so I kept calling back.i was saying hello, hello several times and he didn't respond but I could hear him typing I only wanted to ask what time was breakfast and when he finally decided to speak to me he said he couldn't help me and that he was texting me another number to call. I never got the text, but it seems to me that's a pretty simple question that could've been answered on the phone. Very frustrating.

The room was mostly clean… Enjoyed how big the room was. The breakfast was all right. The staff was super friendly

We had to change our sheets on the first night because there were stains on them. Our room did not have a secondary locking system so our 22 month old toddler could open the room door and run down the hallway. We had to put the foot rest thing for the couch in front of the door. The pool was colder than expected even though it was inside… Would’ve been nice if it was heated.

Great location just a few things that could really improve this Hotel.

It was very central to everything we needed to get to.

The rooms are a bit knocked about now and they just need a tidy up. Our room was not serviced when we returned at 5pm so I’m not sure if this is something that doesn’t happen on a daily basis. We only stayed 2 nights

Great Hidden Gem!

The room was spacious and the complementary breakfast was such a bonys. Would definately recommend this locaition as a great place to stay when in or around the Los Angeles/Anaheim area.

The planes flying overhead were a little too close for comfort. Although I was surprised once in the room I did not hear one plane fly over

Best experience and stay for the holidays! We will be back this years for sure!

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Our son and wife came in late driving from Sacramento to meet us. The staff let them in at 2:00AM and was so nice to them. It was the holidays and they made our stay very nice.

The breakfast was ok and could have been better stocked for all the people staying there.

Amazing hotel!

Great staff, cozy lobby, refreshing lime water at the entrance. Super comfy bed, they had lower pillows too (which is very important to me and my neck and hard to find in hotels). Room is big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and healthy! The best part is the late check out (12pm). I wish I could have stayed longer!

Enjoyed the buffet and amenities but it would be helpful to have at least an almond or oat milk option for vegans.

Paying for parking pretty much paid for the buffet so I didn't feel like I got as great of a deal.

Perfect ending to our 6 days in southern CA

The room was huge! And felt like we could have a little time away from each other after 6 days of sharing such small rooms. There was a separation area with a couch . 2 bathrooms and the breakfast was good . It was also a very short simple drive to the airport
