It went well and smooth, which is perfect. Just wanted to take a shower and get some sleep.

It was clean outside, and plenty of light. Did not see any transients, or large groups hanging out. The staff helped me change from smoking to non-smoking room. He was very courteous, and remembered me from my earlier phone call.

No shampoo no smart tv lots of flies when you enter the room at the door. Bad customer services like they are doing you a favor. Never going back. And really expensive buy the way. For a motel way to expensive 😔☹️

The human feces that was on the wall period and the roaches that was in the room. I stayed only one night. And I think it's very wrong of hotel dot com and priceline to actually have these places listed. And we can't see the place before we actually make a credit card exchange for a debit card exchange for the place. Because I wouldn't want to be in some word as nasty. And then you have the dacity to charge us a change of plants to go to another hotel. I should get all my refound back not a portion. In the adjustment That you're made for me to go to a different hotel. Which was ninety five dollars. I never even seen this hotel. I didn't get a chance to see this hotel because you all basically wanted me to pay a front for a hotel. I didn't even get a chance to see it and then you charge me when I don't like the hotel. This is not fair I will love to talk to a supervisor.

The staff was pretty patient .. and this place is actually dog friendly. Dog park sucked but we still felt comfortable with our dog. And that's a big plus.

The dog park could have been a lil more user friendly..it was apparent that the that feature wasn't used often and could use some maintenance

The price and close to Bus

Pictures must be old,, and there is no pool..Hotel is run down, dirty, walls have holes and our door knob fell off. The room was filthy, towels were dirty and had huge holes. Tables were not clean we had to spray and wipe down all surfaces. We also had no toilet paper in our room. This hotel seems to be where homeless stay and drug deals are made. It smelled of smoke, even in our nonsmoking room. This is not a good hotel. There was even a man that came out when we went outside and was standing there sharpening a knife. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE

Having a refrigerator was nice and a microwave also was convenient. Also ,having a small dog park area was nice too!

Don't like the way you have to do a U-turn to enter the parking lot, and right next to the freeway was not really scenic!

Was very disappointed

Didnt feel safe at all. Looked like what seemed to be a drug dealing room. Man sitting outside hotel room in lawn chair , seen PLENTY of people coming and going from the room. Dirty barefoot man walking they parking lot and would go back and forth to that room. Seen men walking in and out of múltiple rooms. Didn’t feel safe AT ALL and that was during the day. Ended up not even staying. Waste of $100.

I didn't even stay the first night it was so horrible there was no towels in my room the place was dirty the blinds were broken and the door knob fell off of the bathroom door so I left there and went to another motel I would hope to get a refund on those two nights if possible
