Clean and comfortable all you need if you can’t be home.

The room was clean and served our needs. I don’t know about the neighborhood, I felt safe and the beds were comfortable.

The noise from the street was very loud. I think if we had not been so close to the street wd would not have needed the AC to drown it out.

The staff was friendly, accommodating and sympathetic.

Shady people staying and wandering around area. Loud guests, a couple arguing loud in the early hours of the morning and stalkers at both rooms I was placed. The 1st room had a guy walking back & forth his car and drilling and hammering in the room above me. I decided around midnight I was leaving as I am a single female and felt both unsafe and stalked. The guy at the front desk said he had a another room away from that psycho guest. Not 20 minutes went by when the upstairs guest here started his stalking. Just plain weird. I will never stay here again.

The plumping burst at approximately 2 am and the host came to my room yelling at 5 am after I try to call so I ask for my money back and go refund 3 days later

The spa was awesome.

There were ants. My husband and I bought $70 worth of food and I had to toss most of it because ants got into it. They came out of the floor. And I found two spiders in the bed.

I liked that it was peaceful and the bed was clean and room was big.

I didn't like the fact that I payed online on booking and I told the lady but she said I didn't and she double charged me and she was rude about it. But the man that was working was nice and got me a refund now just waiting for the 118 to hit my bank. And the towels were dirty
