The whole experience was quick and easy. Room was very clean and the breakfast was exceptional! I love that there was plenty of food in the different varieties!

Only thing was the bathroom door needed to be lifted a little bit in order to close the door correctly.

Excellent location with comfortable bed and good breakfast

Breakfast was good with hot eggs, bacon and a make your own waffle bar. I also liked that there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Wifi was strong and good for working remotely. Easy to park and good location to everything as long as you have a car. Staff was friendly and everything was very clean. Quiet for sleeping.

The beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good, TV allowed you to connect HDMI connector to cast from smart phone or computer.

Neighbors were a bit loud and the walls are very thin. Other than that nothing too bad to say.

used to be a great location. now feels unsafe.

this location used to be great. however, this trip was terrible. from misplaced reservations, terrible smoke smelling rooms, inconvenient noise from manic episodes from other patrons to low stock breakfast options. I probably won't be returning to this hotel.

over the past few years this location has gotten less friendly and less safe. I didn't appreciate the early morning wake up call from a distressed patron screaming at the top of her lungs fighting with emts slowly taking her out. or the other patrons getting high in the stair well next to my room. this location is beginning to feel unsafe. hopefully others will find it in better condition.

I liked staying at Comfort Inn because it’s close to the airport.The breakfast was excellent there.The room we stayed in was very clean.If you stayed for a number of days they cleaned the room .The property itself was clean .The staff were excellent there! It was also quiet.

Limited airport shuttle times.

Close to the airport. Room was fine.

The shuttle wasn't available until 11 p.m., so I had to pay Lyft for a ride after dropping off my rental car. I was grateful to have it to use at 5:00 in the morning. I didn't like the exterior door to my room being on an open walkway at the back of the building.

Overall, I would stay again but I would test out the AC before unpacking

The hotel was nice, it is well maintained, looks just like the pictures shown.. The breakfast options were good, they had hot breakfast usually 2 proteins/waffles/fruits/breads, yogurts/oatmeal packets/cereal.. (Non hotel related) * I stayed for a quick trip to Disney, it was about a 15 min drive to get there, Uber cost was $25 -which isn’t bad since the parking garage at Disney is between $40-$65

Walked into the room being so damp smelling & muggy/humid. The AC smelled of dirty damp towel, checked the filter but the air filter in the AC was new so I’m unsure what was causing the AC to smell like that. Luckily it was cool & breezy on my stay because I left the window open the entire duration of the night and unfortunately could not sleep comfortably with the AC blowing out smelly air.

They had a pool and they had free breakfast. The parking was also easy and convenient.

The room smelled bad I had to go out and buy some lysol and air freshener. I was booked for the wrong day. The website booked us for the 14th even though I paid late on the 14th, was supposed to be for the 15th. I had to book the last room available the same day since they could not help me with changing the date for the hotel.

The staff was helpful when we had an issue with our sink and put us in a different room in a timely manner.

Our sink backed up. It seems a previous guest sharpened their makeup pencils into the sink and the water backed up including the pencil shavings. We also noticed a few ants in our original room which was a little alarming. When we moved into a new room, our tub didn't drain well. So our overall stay didn't leave the best impression on us for the price. Additionally when we checked in, the front desk attendant didn't tell us where anything was (elevators, how to get to our room, where breakfast was, etc.) so that was a bit odd.

This was the worse Comfort Inn location by far we’ve stayed at. We won’t be staying at them anymore.

Breakfast was ok. Same basic food they always have. Rooms were not very clean. Floors are stained, under bed dirty, a giant roach was in our room, a homeless person was sleeping by the pool and staff said they knew about homeless person and it was ok. The room was also very noisy at night.

Major issue was the shuttle from John Wayne Airport was no longer running at 9:30 when we arrived. I had to pay a taxi and that was not acceptable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was clean and well maintained. Parking was included, we didn’t have to pay a separate parking fee, which is a huge plus. As a hotel guest at any hotel, you shouldn’t have to pay for parking at a hotel you’re staying at. We liked the area.

Good place to stay but the handicapped room(s) need to be more accomodating and the shower fixed.

Staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was plenty of free parking. The breakfast was fantastic and breakfast attendants were helpful.

Unfortunately, the room was a handicapped room but did not have room for a full size wheelchair to effectively move around. Also, the roll-in shower did not have a water stop and did not drain to the center which caused a flooded bathroom when my wife took her shower.
