Place is nice but they overcharged me $100

They quoted me a $145 rate to add a 4th night then charged me 245. Still haven’t fixed.

Awesome

Very clean and good breakfast included in the stay. My 3 year old kid had a lot of fun. Very friendly staff. Short walk to the mall.

Newly updated. Good services with a bar and Starbucks. Very large rooms. Great water pressure in the shower. Maybe too much.

Beds were very hard, one was squeaky. Near a mall, but otherwise not much around.

They almost have it, culture of hospitality for sure and I will give the Hyatt another try just not this location.

The staff was all great! Very much a culture of hospitality! I absolutely loved the location, the staff, the lobby, dining area and grounds were very clean. Wish I could say the same about the rooms.

Biggest disappointment was the cleanliness in the rooms. I did not feel the rooms were very clean. No mattress covers that cover the entire mattress, HUGE turn off seeing the actual mattress when lifting the comforter. The pillows were very small and only had one pillow case - no protectors, blankets were not cozy at all felt old and stale. There was dust along the baseboards and edges of the carpet. The carpets were disgusting and discolored. The bathtub had hair from the previous guest in it and the bathroom situation was very odd. Sink is outside the restroom - felt dirty. Lighting was very cheap and office like too dim. The rooms need a carpet cleaning perhaps an upgrade.

I booked too early and prepaid for a room I couldn’t cancel after 24 hrs. The price dropped dramatically . Learned my lesson and will wait to book next time.

Perfect weekend stay.

My stay at this location was pleasant from the very beginning when I got checked in. The room was spacious and clean. The area is surrounded by different shops and close to freeways.

The pillows in the rooms need to be changed out. With the location being in such a busy area it can take longer than expected to get to the Freeway.

The room was spacious and clean. It was nice that the sleeping arrangements and living arrangements was kind of separate

The closet was pretty small. Good think we only stayed one night. Absolutely loved that you had a bar on premises and that it stayed open pretty late.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were very clean, with lots of comfortable seating/lounging chairs. The staff was exceptional. They were very helpful, considerate, and friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Because of the bed situation, I believe I will look at other accommodations for our next trip.

The property was in an easy to find location. The room was clean. The gentleman who took care of the pool was a delight, very welcoming and kind.

The mattresses were very worn down and uncomfortable. The pillows were as if stuffed with tissues; they provided no head support whatsoever. Only one extra blanket was not enough for the sofa bed.

Beautiful, well laid out room, lots of space, all the amenities we needed. Loved the living area with partial privacy wall, bar area with fridge and desk. Would have been perfect except important thing noted below.

The bed pillows were terrible, all of them too flat, even stacked they weren't comfortable. Woke up with stiff necks. Visit would have been a 10 with proper pillows.

Breakfast was just ok. The scrabbled eggs tasted like powdered eggs brought back to life with water. YUCK. Coffee was weak. Had to walk to the mall 1/2 mile away to get coffee and bring it back to have with my breakfast.

It was a nice comfortable stay, in a nice area, and close to things to do, and gave us plenty of roo

the two beds and the pull out couch gave us plenty of room. It was nice and clean and upkept, and the bathroom had a good size and allowed pets and even had pet bag, pet free meal, that was really nice. The bed was comfortable, and clean and nice. I like the little fridge, countertop, the little table and coffee table. The items in the room were great. The mall was close, there are many places to eat around there, there is a place for kids with games and things right around the corner, plenty to do and see in the area, Sam's Club nearby and Costco is across the street, the area was very safe, nice and clean. Would stay here again.

I wish the hot tub was open just a little later so that we could have used it.

Great quiet location. Access to our room was close to where we parked which was nice. Although we didn’t bring our swimsuits, the pool looked clean and refreshing. Our bed was comfortable. Breakfast included a nice variety of food choices, juices and good coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay for a few days.

The location was good but due to construction on the access road, difficult for walking. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful. It would have been nice to have soap in the room with the sink, though when asked the staff provided us with some. The breakfast was mediocre. I appreciated being able to purchase Starbucks drinks.

The bed was somewhat lumpy and the sheets wrinkled upon our arrival.

Exceptional

The breakfast was very good. The location was great. Next to the mall. I had a room for the handicap. It was very helpful.

I was on 1st floor in back corner which is next to the wedding venue building next door. They played loud music till 11- 1130 at nite both Saturday and Sunday. I only stayed 2 nites I don't know if this happens every nite. I will not get a room in that area again.

I liked the size of the room , the coffee. Having Starbucks was very convenience.

We were sad to know that the Fire Pit wasn’t working. We were looking forward with our family in using the fire pit while having drinks and food. Hope that they fix it real soon.

Found a carpet beetle in the seams of my mattress in the first bedroom. Asked for a different room on a different floor. Inspected the bed again and found a bed bug crawling on the comforter in my bed. Asked for a refund and stayed at a different hotel.

My family enjoyed our stay

There's lots of snacks and drinks to purchase and a really yummy breakfast included, even freshly cooked omelets. The beds were soft and comfortable. The deluxe room was a great size with a comfy couch. The location was close to restaurants you can walk to.

The sink was not in the bathroom that was a huge inconvenience. This makes it frustrating to have to touch the door knob with dirty hands and walk to the sink that's in another room. There's plenty of room for the motel to put a sink in the bathroom.

Excellent fun hotel in the middle of everything

The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was attentive and quick to respond. The maintenance and janitorial staff were also very friendly. The hotel was undergoing some elevator renovations, but signs were posted explaining everything. The breakfast was very good and the coffee and snack bar downstairs was well above average. The pool area was fun and accommodating for a large gathering. The ingress and egress points were smooth and trouble free. The location is great next to a huge mall and great wedding venue. Restaurants and stores are literally minutes away.

I would have liked more places to hang coats and such. A few more coat hooks would have been great. The drawer space and closet space were great, but since this hotel accommodates so many wedding parties, I'd recommend more hang up space for dresses and suits.
