This experience was not up to the normal experience one typically enjoys at Coutryard by Marriott.

No breakfast for me. Location is not that convenient to the Roseville Galleria Mall. What I like is the my general confidence in staying at Courtyard by Marriott. This was the only negative stay I have experienced at courtyard by Marriott. See below.

The facility, staff and room were satisfactory, but not up to the level of other Courtyard by Marriotts. The room did not have bottled water and the level of cleanliness was ok but below average. I had an unfortunate experience when seeking refreshments in the lobby. I bought two bottles of water and a chocolate chip cookie. When asked if I wanted the cookie warmed I declined. When I got back to the room and bit into the cookie, it was really cold (near frozen) and I was expecting room temperature. The consistency was so firm that it stuck to my upper teeth and when I tried to gently remove it one of my upper front teeth broke off where there had been a crown. I was forced to cancel my trip and drive straight home. My dentist has referred me for an implant procedure with a stainless steel screw and a 3-6 month recovery not to mention a considerable cost. "Not warmed up' does not convey the 'semi-frozen' consistency of the cookie or the potential risk. I am a reasonable person and I have never previously written a negative report like this. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Im sure you must realize how much this has disrupted my life and is not worth a chocolate chip cookie.

The front desk staff was exceptional! SO friendly and efficient! The room was clean and the bed was comfy! I do not always sleep well away from home, but I did here!

The only downside, was that the breakfast started a little too late for me, as did the evening cafe, given that I had an evening meeting to attend.

The facility itself is decent, but our room was not.

When we first arrived, and got into our room, I thought I could smell dog or animal odor. My wife could not smell it. They had sprayed some type of odor masking spray but the next day I sat on the couch and got dog hair all over me the toilet Fill valve was very noisy and took forever to fill the tank and they charge us for parking which I did not see we will be charged for parking and they said it’s because we use a third-party v(Booking.com) and sometimes they don’t include the parking to make the price more attractive. In hindsight, I should have spoken to Staff member when we were checking out. It was just very disappointing.

Worst experience in a hotel ever.

Okay location

Will when I was waiting to check in. The lady asked the gentleman why was he stay at the hotel. He replied business. She gave him a free breakfast. She did not ask me anything. I was staying there for my Dads funeral. My brother checked in an hour after me. She asked him why he was staying at the hotel. He received soda’s, chips, free breakfast and free parking. So my business was not valued by your employees at all and others were treated like a valued customer. So I will no longer business with the Marriott hotels. Also my room was next to a loud machine that kept me up all night leaving exhausted for my Father’s funeral. So many open rooms and I was put into a room that was extremely noisy. Once again not treat like a not a value customer. The last thing the bed in room 210 had a huge indentation on the side closes to the door. Have your manager sleep in the room and see how he likes it. Kind regards Stacey Scallan

Loved the sofa that was in our room. Husband was comfortable.

Love this hotel. Short walking distance to restaurants and stores. Loved the location. Loved the staff. I mentioned that I could hear booms in my room, but not close to any mechanical rooms. The sound was intermittent and only lasted a few hours. We slept well. The desk staff took note of my comments and comped us a free breakfast. Lovely. We will definitely stay again when traveling to Sacramento. Highly recommend.

hosts were great and super nice. they were as accommodating as they could be

5 people were staying with us. we got the 2 queen beds with a pull out a sleeper sofa. they were aware 5 ppl were staying in one room....had to repeatedly ask for the sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. only 2 towels for 5 ppl.... repeatedly has to ask for towels and washcloths. at 9 pm they finally told us they didn't have any more available because they wore fully booked. had to ask for hose keeping each day and in a 4 day stay we only got one refresh.

My family and I just love the cleanliness of the hotel and how staff were helpful, the food was good. They had everything the gym, the laundry room, everything was just fantastic. Place was hidden which i like that but close to everything in the city of roseville

I didn't like that they did not have a complementry breakfast and it would be nice if they had some entertainment like a live band and night time to entertain the guests., so that would be a plus for the hotel

I really liked how clean and neat everything was. Also really appreciated the gym at this hotel. It had more than enough equipment for me to get a great workout in. Also the water station just outside of the fitness center is phenomenal. But above else I was very happy with Angel’s service, the young lady at the front desk. She was attentive, informative, and kind. This shouldn’t matter, but she is also probably the prettiest woman in Roseville and her smile makes you feel right at home.
