Consistently good stay. Great for tournaments and families.Will return.

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff and wonderful hot breakfast provided daily. Close proximity to stores and local sites as well as centers for sports. Ps. Great sushi place a few doors down!

Nice comfortable hotel in a great location.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our fridge wasn't working and maintenance came right aways and fixed it.. Rooms were generous and comfortable although a bit of wear and tear around. Bed was comfy and REALLY great pillows! Location is great close to major shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

First floor location by elevator shaft and across from the fitness room was noisy.

Holiday Inn as expected. Good value for the stay.

It was as expected but we noticed that our room didn't get vacuumed with the maid service. The towels are also very thin and there were a lot of scuffs and some wall damage in our room.

Great place to stay in Rocklin

Very friendly, welcoming staff at this hotel. Nicely landscaped, decorated and clean property. Comfy bed and it was very quiet for a great night's sleep. Close to Thunder Valley Casino where we attended concert Free, yummy breakfast with staff kindly helping serve. Pool and hot tub wonderful and clean Fast, easy check- out

Nice but had to cut things short when we encountered cockroaches.

We only got to experience the room for a while but we did enjoy the room size and its amenities. The sleeping area was sizable and the couch is a nice addition. The restroom was also clean and organized.

Cockroaches, I initially encountered one as I was placing my keys on the dresser/tv stand and then I spotted another one right on top of the tv. That made us leave

Perfect stay for my needs.

Holiday Inns are pretty standard and you know what to expect. It is clean and has the amenities that I need. The morning breakfast is changed up daily and very good.

When we opened our curtains to let a little light in, there were a pile of discarded appliances and ugly barricades. Not good from room 122!

The pool and jacuzzi were closed even though it was pleasant out. The jacuzzi alone would have been nice. Very disappointed to learn that when we arrived

Terrible rooms

Dirty! Beds were not comfortable at all! Broke pieces of furniture! My tv remote didn’t work. And customer service was terrible! I requested a call back from managers who were on the phone with front desk when I asked only to be told no and they’d get a hold of me the next day which never happened. I emailed them Friday and still nothing!!! I traveled with a whole basketball team with parents and players and we will never do business with them again

I am very pleased with our stay here. Beds and bedding very nice

Very brief stay but everything was great. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. They provided good bathroom products. The breakfast was very good that included cheese omelette and sausage. Also many choices of pancakes, cereal, yogurt and pastries.

Expected more for the price. Shower had a Lil mold in it. Breakfast was bad and the same thing both mornings. Pool closed early during the summer, that doesn't make sense.

location

Was in bad shape. Very outdated. no new technology to charge devices. Bathrooms very old and shower faucet would not shut all the way off. Toilet was loose. Refrigerator was old and making loud noise. Hair dryer burned up and stopped working. Floor was wet by window from rain. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express but this was like an old small town hotel that hasn’t been remodeled in 30 years.
