The staff were friendly and informative. Check in was easy and so was check out. They have good choices for a simple breakfast. Room and common areas were well kept and clean.

Only one elevator at the far end. We were fine at the other end with stairs but others struggled.

It was okay, but like I said; the bed comfort was terrible.

That it was in reasonable proximity to everywhere I needed to be for the weekend.

The bed was hard as a rock. I felt like I had slept on the floor. My back is still bothering me almost a week later. And it was hard to climb into. I should have brought my step stool. I'm 5'5" tall. But I'm also a senior citizen. The room had all the other senior friendly amenities except for the bed.

We got so much for such a good price. Didn't have time for the pool or gym, unfortunately. Staff was great. The free breakfast was impressive. Especially liked that there were two small sofas and coffee table in addition to the two queen beds.

Cozy place, a bit old but good value

The location was fine for us because we went to that area for a wedding. It was close to a coffee place and some fast food spots and close to the event venue so it was good for our purposes. I'm not sure that it's close to any touristy spots or trendy restaurants.

Breakfast was good!! I was very surprised with the hotel over all for being a 2-star hotel. Clean, Quiet, comfortable, spacious and very comfortable!!

It was totally fine. Could of been a little cheaper, my husband and I are on a fixed income, and anything over $200 is hard for us.

Not worth what we paid!

Couldn’t connect to WiFi had to use our on hit spot pretty lame for this day and age! The breakfast was over cooked and no herbal or decaf tea. There was a ton of noise outside and inside I will never stay there again! Plus this hotel is very outdated in the pictures on your website well anyway I probably never use booking either I was impressed with your ratings and thinking Rocklin/Roseville is a descent area but you were way off!

Very noisy AC - sounded broken (in bedroom of room 101)- I had to turn it off. Bad insulation between floors, could hear the people above us walking all night. The ice water was empty all morning. No blankets for sofa bed, two calls to the front desk were unanswered - I walked out and two attendants were just sitting there... not sure why no one answered...

Disappointing but has potential

I loved the parking lot, the pool area was nice. The women who checked us in had her hands very full and did an amazing job with no one else to help. The entry way was nice.

The room smelled of smoke and musty mold. The beds are hard as rocks. Very noisy environment and I slept hardly at all. The hot tub didn't get very hot and the jets are more just beating you up in the face then massaging your back. You almost drown with all the water splashing around in the tub.

Nice place to stay and near Thunder Valley

The property appears to be well kept and the staff was helpful during our stay. They’re about a 10-15 minute drive from Thunder Valley Casino so it’s a good place to stay if you’re going for a show there. We had king room 344 which was on the top floor so there was nobody running around over us. The bed was comfy as were the pillows. Once we figured out how the a/c worked (wall thermostat, not the actual unit), that got air circulating. There is a 24 hour snack area near the front desk where you buy sodas, chips or candy. The breakfast area is across from reception and appeared to be good sized. We didn’t use it as we went out to the nearby Cracker Barrel. The pool was not far from reception and looked nice from our window. We also rented queen room 333 for my mother in law and she was happy with the room. Checkout in the morning was easy too. There were also a few fast food places nearby (Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc) nearby if you want an easy meal.

The electronic key for one of the rooms did not work so we had to go back for re-coding. There doesn’t appear to be much handicapped parking for a fairly big facility, maybe 5 spots or so.

The breakfast was good & the nice worker was very quick to refill the hot water jug after water ran out. I was pleasantly surprised on the 1st day of my stay to find cheese omelets instead of scrambled eggs. The bagels were good.

My room was nice and quiet. I didn’t avail myself of the complementary breakfast, but it seemed standard fare.

Reasonably priced location off the freeway near supermarket and shops. Good breakfast selection.

Outside noise especially from the pool area (not sure about rooms on the other side). Perhaps could be solved with better insulated windows.
