Room was clean!. Shower head was broken and stuck in lower position. Only one chair a desk chair. Mattress was uncomfortable with thread bare sheets. super thin bath towels. Kleenex box empty. Great breakfast friendly staff. Manager gave us a discount for shower head . Not the worse room ever affordable tho

The staff were friendly but honestly I would NEVER stay here again. The hotel was filthy! The carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed for years and the room smelled like cigarettes. There were kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors for HOURS. We have stayed in many hotels and this was BAD.

When I arrived, my room was clean and ready, but they charged me to check in early. I consider that poor customer service on behalf of the corporation not the staff as this was policy. It did not require anything extra from anyone for me to check in early. I was not on the phone, I was in the lobby. My stay was uneventfully. I would consider again.

Wife had some very itchy bites maybe due to some “uncleaned” pets things. Cleaners should pay attention on cleanliness. Not so good smell in the room, tolerable since we’re tired. Nicely renovated outside but they should done it too inside. BEST WESTERN in Harding Rd is a lot BETTER but then this SureStay has a higher rating. Reception staff were nice & friendly though.

The property was clean but the drive into the property was rough. As soon as I walked out of the elevator there was a strong unpleasant odor, someone blasting music, and trash outside doors. I walked into the room and it had a really bad odor too. I will not be renting any hotels that are pet friendly!!!!

Rooms are clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. Air-conditioning worked very well during the 100 degree days, and 90 degree nights. The frige worked excellent keeping my drink and food properly chilled. Just a heads-up, there is zero nighttime security at this property and no locking doors in the lobby. The property should address this short coming going forward for guest security. I would stay there again, but I’ll be taking in-room security measures next time I stay.

Keep coming back here because of the positive interaction from the front desk to cleaning crew. All are very pleasant and respectful. The cleaning crew is amazing. Keeping up with the cleaning and making it a pleasant place to walk into from outside through the double doors and be greeted by the fresh fragrance of cleanliness. Breakfast is always wonderful and so is the swimming pool.

First off my stay began by being given the wrong room key and entered a room that was already

We booked this place last minute when our prior accomodations cancelled. The Good: All staff members were wonderful! Very nice and helpful people. The in-unit AC was very effective. The Bad: Out dated facility. Not all the lights worked properly and we had to get our keys reset because they stopped working. It wasn't filthy but it wasn't the most clean either (one of our freshly folded towels had a stain, dirt and debris in the bathrooms, things like that). Our door would constantly shake violently like someone was trying to break in when others were closing their doors, moving around, etc. That was really jarring, especially in the middle of the night. Good last minute option, but if you have time to shop around I'd look at other places.

We stayed for 2 nights to attend a funeral. Upon arrival the first evening, we stocked the in-room fridge with food and drinks to avoid unnecessary spending during our trip. The next day, we left early for the funeral and didn't return until late that night, only to discover that the fridge had never been on. Everything inside was warm, forcing us to buy meals and drinks from Jack in the Box next door—an expense we had deliberately tried to avoid. When we brought this issue to the front desk, we were told that because we hadn’t reported it right away, we were only eligible for a small discount on one night. To make matters worse, during the process of issuing that discount, we were accidentally charged instead. Now we’re waiting on the incorrect charge to be reversed, the partial refund to be processed, and our deposit to be released—all of which could take several days. This is especially frustrating considering we were dealing with the emotional, unexpected and financial stress of a funeral. The room itself had a strong, unpleasant odor—possibly from the fridge defrosting—and the beds, while firm, were reasonably comfortable. We also encountered inappropriate content while flipping through channels on the TV; two separate channels displayed what appeared to be pornographic content, which was very uncomfortable to hear and see with our child present. On the positive side, the continental breakfast was great and the staff was polite.

We like the breakfast, the pool and the smell of cleanliness as soon as you enter the foyer. The wonderful fresh smell of cleaning greets you as soon as you walk through the doors before you get to the front desk reception is very reassuring. The staff are amazingly attentive. From the receptionist to the cleaning crew. All very respectful and courteous. Thank you so much for always making us feel welcome here.

Check in was easy and staff was great. The first room I was given had a broken door handle to get into the room and smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. I was given another room that had some interesting spots on the walls, a soft spot on the floor in front of the window and the tub drain would not open. I had to empty the tub using the trash can and pouring the water into the toilet. I have stayed here a few times before and never had a negative experience.
