This place is an ABSOLUTE PALACE! The access to the highway is right off of the expressway, the staff WAS VERY VERY SWEET AND WELCOMING.

Only thing I would improve is have extra towels /lined ready. I asked for 2 extra towels and front desk said they didn't have any because the dryer was too load to use it at night. I completely understand that but if you know you cant use it late then it would be a good idea to have some ready for guest earlier.

Excellent location for our purposes. Very clean room. Friendly and professional staff.

Rooms are very spacious if impersonal. Breakfast was better than average - the ubiquitous waffles but also some hot egg offerings.

Seems silly to charge $10 for parking. Roseville is the land of hundreds of malls with thousands of parking places. Driving in this area is pretty much required.

We liked that it was close to restaurants, stores and the mall.

Where do I begin? The manager took at least 10 minutes to check us in and this was after 11:30 p.m. so we were tired from our travels. He kept clicking keys but did not offer an explanation. He never apologized for the delay. The key cards didn't work properly, so I had to stand in the hall scanning it multiple times before I was permitted access. The ac unit was very loud, sounded like a plane engine and came on at random times. The towels were as rough as scouring pads, the in room coffee tea machine did not work. Also the 1st night we called to inform them that the TV remote did not work and were told someone would come in a few but they never did The next day while we were out the housekeeper did not clean the room. We called and notified the front desk and a maintenance man brought up towels and a new TV remote and basically said we had to jiggle the handle to make the key card work. On top of all of that, everytime we turned on the faucet a rotten egg smell came out of it. The sink and the toilet/shower were in 2 different rooms which was unsanitary. The room we were in faced the busy street so we heard every loud car and truck that drove by, so needless to say we did not get any rest at night. After complaining about the remote and key card and nothing was done, we did not want to ask to be moved to another room because we were afraid it would be worse. Needless to say, we will not ever return to this location. We have stayed at Springhill Suites several times and had enjoyed the experience but this location was like staying at a cheap hotel. We were very disappointed. It is a sacrifice to pay for a hotel with all of the rising costs and we did not feel that was considered to make our stay enjoyable.

We were really pleased: Impeccable room, comfy bed, friendly staff (Isabel was wonderful) and good breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out. If we go to Roseville again, I'll definitely book this hotel again.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome! The rooms are a good size and it was close to Thunder Valley for our concert

Employees were nice and welcoming. They had a good breakfast the next morning and expensive snacks in the lodge.

The fridge stopped working having our food go bad. Shower didn't drain. The door had a space when closed which didn't make us feel safe. At check in, they didn't go over that parking was $10 and how much incidentals were (i k ow all hotels have this tho).

The Wi-Fi had a Glitch! Wouldn't let me connect. The associate at the front desk told me if I had Wi-Fi Problems to call front desk. They connected me with Tech tch support but the Phones had bad Audio and I Couldn't understand the Gentleman so ended up Hanging up. Tried connecting the next morning still no connection. When I left for the day to tell the front desk again She told me the gentleman tried calling me back and handed me a note with a direct phone # to tech support and that maybe I should call them on my Cell Phone for a Better Connection! We are Your Customers having to call YOUR Tech Support?? Very Disapponited in that, But Facility is Very Nice, Staff was Great.

Ibookedthrough booking.com they confirmed my reservation, and when I got to the property I was told that there were no rooms available so I was sent away but I was still charged so I would like a refund because I was not able to stay at the property, but still charged

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, wonderful breakfast spread! The light and AC were already on when I arrived (much appreciated on an over 100 degree day). Quick & easy check in and check out. Parking was well lit and lots of available spaces. Located a short drive from everything I needed for the weekend.
