Nice hotel, weird smell

Location, cleanliness

Weird smell. Requested a different room and the next room, although not as strong, had the same weird smell. I’ve stayed at different Home 2 Suites and this is the first time I had a negative experience. I will not stay at this particular location anymore. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel in a great location.

Don’t Book they will cancel reservation lat minute

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this property. Management called me at the last minute to tell me they were overbooked and no longer had a room for me,even though they had already placed a hold on my credit card. I was only 15 minutes away from the property when they told me this. They showed no concern that my family and I were left out in the cold late at night with nowhere to go. They did send a referral to another property, but couldn’t confirm whether the new place would honor the rate I had reserved. They also tried to blame Booking, claiming they were sold out, which doesn’t make sense because I made my reservation a month in advance. Another family member booked the same property and had no issues, but they prepaid. So it’s clear the hotel gave away or resold my room simply because I didn’t arrive exactly at the 3 PM check-in time. Overall, this was an unprofessional and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this property.

Every single person on the staff that we encountered was pleasant, friendly, funny, and welcoming. They really made our stay! The room was cozy and comfortable. And I slept incredibly well.

I totally enjoyed my stay

The safe feeling and the security. Rooms were spacious and the furniture was comfortable to sit on. Everything one need to keep food fresh and heat up food was there. Bathrooms were spacious and everything worked. The automated things they do to keep prices down really help lower booking prices

One of the best places we've stayed at and we've stayed at different hotels in the past.

Everything about the location, hotel and surroundings was great.

The only problem we had was with the coffee machine. When you turned the knob for 1 cup, the 2nd cup leaked coffee too. It was a little messy.

The hotel itself was rather pain on the outside and at first I couldn’t figure out where the main entrance was.

Nice and comfortable until we checked out

Clean and nice location

The front desk lady upon checkout was rude because we had a luggage rolling rack in our room. She made it a point to raise her voice in front of everyone in the surrounding area having breakfast saying what we did was wrong and not acceptable. We apologized and never had this issue in the past at any location we have stayed.

I arrived at 3pm I had to wait for them to clean a room which took 45min to an hour finally I get into the room so someone had their underwear on the floor in the hallways.Also a maid staff entered my room with a key and while I was there

Something was wrong with the air conditioner and it was very loud. The tub had mold and also a really funny smell to the room like feet. Also, we called the front desk numerous of times no one ever answered.

Everyone was nice, disappointing they could not locate my reservation through booking. Com.

Breakfast was nice for those who wake up early, would be better if the hours were extended by an hour. Also, nice to have grab and go items. Not everyone wants to sit in the eating area, nice to grab a few items and return to the room or eat in your car as you are traveling.
