Great stay and everyone was really welcoming!

Area was accesible too many restaurants and stores… great place!

There was nothing really negative to say. One thing I noticed was the pool water being too cloudy. Water was not cleared at all, it may had too much chemicals, not sure.

We weren't told when the breakfast ended so we didn't get to have breakfast

The light in the back didn't go off but we closed the blinds. There was a truck outside our room that kept turning on every few minutes so it disrupted our sleep

Oatmeal was totally cold. Left and bought breakfast out. Couldn’t get help at check in counter upon arrival, noisy traffic on first floor facing street. Pillows weee lumpy.

Great breakfast Room clean HVAC loud !

We liked how clean it was and the breakfast was excellent ..the food was warm and they had eggs, potatoes, hash, and bacon ...pluse fruit and other breakfast foods. TV worked well with many channels

What we didn't like was the HVAC system was in a closet next to bed and had to turn the AC off if we wanted to sleep. The other issue was our room fronted a major road and it was noisy up to at least 11 pm.

Pool have some areas needs to repair or do something because are slippery also not enough towels The breakfasts not many choices and I have a coffee with coffee grains (I think someone forget to put a filter ) We have the room facing the road and was noice

All in all, a great stay for our short visit to see the Football and Rick and Roll Hall of Fame.

Reasonably priced for what you get. Liked the jacuzzi and convenient distance to Footbal Hall of Fame and local restaurants. It's also dog friendly.

Need more staffing at the front desk area since they are in charge of checking people in and out and covering the kitchen and bar area too.

great hotel except pillow case issue

staff always very nice

one pillow case had blood stain on it bigger than 50 cent piece. very easy to spot house keeping should not of ever left that pillow case on it and top it off they turned pillow so couldn't see it but it was right in middle. would not of known until switched around pillows. also breakfast was poor selection same items.

Nice hotel. Don't expect housekeeping for 2 night stay!

The rooms were nice. I appreciated the decor of the room and spaciousness.

The beds were uncomfortable and someone left their trash in the hallway. This was horrible because it remained in the hallway all night. I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned. This was not indicated at the time of booking or check in at the hotel.

Room was not clean. We had crumbs on the table and the floors were not swept. Someone had a party in the pool area they had over 35 people in the pool with kids not in bathing suits it was gross and we were upset bc the main reason we stayed was to take are kids swimming.

Other hotels offer free laundry - was hoping for the sane here but this was not the case. We had no change so was hoping we could add the cost to our room but stein this could not be done. Also the hotel is at a crossroads so is a little noisy (we’ll at least our room was). Breakfast was basic.
