The staff went above and beyond to go the extra mile. First, the front desk staff was very friendly, dressed like they were going to the academy awards, and gave us bonus bon voy points just for having to wait a few minutes for our room to be ready.

I really don't have anything critical to say. The fireplace in our room was out of order, but those things happen sometimes. We weren't there to spend much time in the room so it was not much of an inconvenience.

Didn’t stay was refused reservations

The company tried to overcharge my credit card and I had called on Tuesday to verify my reservation they said I was all set. Checked my email on Thursday and they sent me a letter stating they had cancelled my reservation. Something very fishy is going on with this location. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with the front office and they continued to stay that it was booking.coms fault . I booked this place 4 months in advance

Great room with 2 separate bedrooms each with own full bath. Deb and Val at front were awesome!

I like that the location was a little removed from the main drag of all the highways. It was set back off the road on a quieter location. Our suite had 2 separate bedrooms with full bathrooms in each. That was the best! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets were cozy. We also liked that we had the middle area as a kitchen and living room thus we could hang out there together. The breakfast offered nice options including bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurts, oatmeal bar, hot coffee, etc.

I would suggest having luggage racks in the bedrooms to put your suitcases on. It is just more sanitary.

Convenient and the room was exactly what I needed.

Maybe only having an ice machine on the first floor. Would’ve been a bit more convenient for the initial start with ice if machines were closer, but not a deal breaker.

2 bedroom suite

I like the size of the room. The only issue I had was that the air conditioner wasn't working. The maintenance man came and fixed the AC right away.

The pool was closed at the facility and it was really hot that day. But we were able to swim at the Fairfield hotel across the road.

I reserved a 2 bedroom Suite because there was a total of 5 family members. It worked out perfect, my daughter and husband took one bedroom and my husband and I the other bedroom, and my granddaughter slept on the pull out couch. To have a room with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer is Fantastic! Entire family enjoyed the Breakfast options, from muffins,, bagels, danishes, english muffins, Waffle maker, fresh fruit, milk, juices! OMG! My granddaughter loved the Cheese and Egg Omelette's!! It was too cold to enjoy the Grill and firepit outside. Absolutely loved it and so did the entire family. Pool was clean, staff was very friendly. A+++

The only thing I was not prepared for was the Television, However, luckily I brought my Password Box and was able to log in to Netflix.

Terrible

I didn't get the two bedroom suite I booked because the last one didn't have heat. They put me at 3 girls in a one bedroom and still charged me for the 2 bedroom suite. I was then told that booking had to handle the matter. When I called booking they told me it was the hotel. Basically going back forth. I never got refunded my money. I done with this whole thing. Very disappointed in Booking com and the Residence Inn Canton. I'll never cheat on South Akron/Green Residence Inn ever again.

Everything, staff was nice but who wouldn't be after you got someone for $200.

Advertise a basketball hoop. Didn't have one, which that's was a big hit to me. Telling my grandsons they had a basketball hoop and got there, and there wasn't one.

The check in process was quick and easy and the room was close to an entrance. The area was quiet and convenient.

When I booked this room it said it was a “one bedroom king” the room was actually a studio. One of the kitchen lights kept flickering on and off so it was impossible use the lights in the kitchen area. The bathtub didn’t drain properly and I was wading in about 8 inches of water by the end of my shower.

The breakfast was very good, lots of hot variety. The hotel and room were very nice and comfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Staff and management took our complaints very seriously and provided a discount for our troubles.

The room we were put in although very nice and big, it was not cleaned well at all. The pull out had dirty sheets left on it and the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned better.
