Not worth the hassle

Good location. 10min away from the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Noisy neighbors. Had to complain about noise next door multiple times. Eventually had to switch rooms at 11pm and the staff was very apologetic but that was it. I had to move because they wouldn’t in force their own quiet hours. Would have liked a full refund.

Everything about the property was great. It wasn’t on a busy street. It was in a quiet corner. The staff was great.

The price for two nights was over $500 almost $600 and there was nothing really going on in Canton that will make it particularly high

I called prior to my stay and asked if there was a cooking surface in the rooms they told me yes and it wasn’t. Front desk people weren’t really tentative a housekeeper had to go get them.

The front desk guy was rude. He couldn’t find my booking. at least that what he says. They were behind on housekeeping so it was only convenient that I was unable to be found in the system.

Beds were comfortable and Hotel was clean

No front desk staff available when you need them. Coffee was cold. No creamer or coffee lids set out. Breakfast was cold and hard. The sandwiches they put out at 7 we're the same sandwiches left out at 9 when I went to eat. The bread was rock hard and the cheese was like wax..Not impressed with breakfast one bit.

Room was nice and clean.

Check in was 3. We were at the pool by 4. It was dirty and there were no clean towels. My boyfriend arrived later and we were at the pool. The man at the desk would not let him in the pool or come and tell me he was there. He waited a hour in the lobby for us. The man at the desk said he didn't have a pool key. How is that possible?
