I booked this hotel based on rating and reviews and was extremely disappointed! This hotel is so run down and dirty! The only good thing I can say about it is the woman that checked my husband in provided excellent customer service. I will never book here again though.

The staff at this hotel were great. Our car had broken down, ended up stuck in the parking lot for a couple of days, and we had to leave our belongings in the hotel room for a couple of days. The staff here were very understanding, helpful, and patient. They held our belongings until we were able to get them. They were soooo great!!
