I found your staff to be kind and helpful.

We came during a snow storm. The staff was amazing. I used the pool right as it opened. The gentleman who opened the pool was very nice and helpful.

There should be a place to put the used pool towels in the pool area.

I'm glad we chose this hotel. My parents had a great stay!

We bought the stay for my parents because we live in a townhouse and don't have an extra bedroom. My stepdad said the bed was so big he had to write a postcard to my mom haha. They said they enjoyed the room very much. The breakfast was delicious and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Dark, like a dungeon of despair.

The breakfast buffet was very good.

Our room window was directly behind the riser on top of the portico at the main entrance, which occluded the view and blocked all ambient light. Essentially, we stayed in a second floor dungeon.

It was in a good location and the facility was new and updated.

We did not have breakfast since it was told to us that it was pay only. Later we notice that it was complimentary. Also the checkout person misquoted us for a double stay when we only stayed one night. I had to show her the booking bill the actual price of our stay since she was not aware of the price.

Good value. Great location.

The room, was extremely spacious. Queen suite also had a sleep sofa. Microwave & fridge in the room, was definitely a plus. The location, was perfect. Shopping, gas & food, just a couple of traffic lights, away. We, was there for Pro Football Hall of Fame, which, was also minutes, away.

We were only there a couple of days/nights so I didn’t find much to complain, about. The ONLY major disappointment, was the hot water in the shower NEVER got hot! Neither night. Luke warm at best. Also, cats, cats & more cats were there to greet us, upon arrival. From what I heard they are a staple on the property.

The room size was big, and the price was right. For the most part the facility was clean. Great location with lots of restaurants to choose from.

Our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and lobby area where we ate breakfast. We were only there 3 nights, and we were told upon check-in that our room would be cleaned every other day (Wednesday for us), which we didn't mind. However, we were expecting our beds to be made on the day they came to service/clean. They only emptied the trash, took the old towels and gave us clean towels.

Terrible...staff did not even attempt a refund

The room was not as pictured specifically the bathroom. The shower was dirty, the mini fridge clearly was not cleaned as it contained something I could not determine that was foamy in a cup. There were children above us on the 4th floor running around inside and outside the hotel making too much noise unsupervised. We left after 4 hours of bring there for almost $200. Never again!!

Very nice hotel & great location for reasonable rate.

Read from reviews hotel was recently renovated or in process.If so they did a very nice job. Rooms were nice,very clean , well stocked since rooms are only cleaned every other day. Staff was very nice & if asked for anything they were very helpful. Only complaints was breakfast was good but @ 8:30 in morning food was not replenished well. Breakfast was from 6-10a.m. Love they do have coffee,tea & cocoa all day available in lobby. Hotels location was great. Easy to get to Football Hall of Fame & Gervasi Winery. And near plenty of good local & chain restaurants.

Great value

Nice rooms, with comfortable beds. There was a room mix up from booking.com to the hotel and the hotel had it resolved before we were even there. Front desk was pleasant at check in & check out. Breakfast was a good hotel breakfast, kids loved the waffle maker. Pool & hot tub were clean, you go through the pool to the back patio where we ate dinner. This hotel is also in close proximity to the pro-football hall of fame.

Traveled for a tournament

Location was close to why I traveled up to the area. Room was clean and comfortable.

Property had issues confirming a valid credit card number but once on the property the credit card worked just fine.

Exceptional

Staff was super friendly. Our rooms was very clean, a very nice place to stay nice and comfy 😊 There was tons of different tournaments for kids going on and the pool and hot tub was used alot and they kept up on keeping nice fresh clean towels available.
