Disappointment

The staff was very friendly

The hotel was under renovation and we were taken completely by surprise. The phone and TV were not working and we had to wait for them to find a room that was ok to stay in

A happy place to stay.

Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Facility was clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. They have been renovating the bathrooms and I love the huge walk in showers they installed. The breakfast was great!

The only issue i had was there were kids running and being loud in the hallway outside my room after 10 pm the last night of my stay. But this isn't going to keep me from staying again next November.

No bath tub. I really wish places would stop removing tubs! Some people have difficulty standing in a shower. Bed was very hard and I didn't find it comfortable.

I reserved and paid for a king room but was given a queen size single bed. The bed itself was so squishy and soft it was terrible. I asked to be moved to a king room, but none were available. There was no place to sit for two people, and the lighting was terrible.

I would be willing to book again after renovation is completed

The selection was pretty good but since you have all the add on for your oatmeal, a nice hot pot of oatmeal would be better than an instant oatmeal package.

I can definitely say that an upgrade or renovation is due as said the sign in the lobby! Am sure all the dirty carpet and chipped paint will be replaced and the place will be great! We were saddened to see that the hot tub was not functioning!

The GOOD news was the staff were all GREAT to work with on our arrival. > Location was what I needed for this trip, made things easy for us. > The good news in the bathroom was the water pressure/temps and shower head worked fine. > I'm glad the WIFI worked for looking around for restaurants and shopping.

The bathroom needs a little work, toilet seat doesn't fit that toilet and the there's rust on the top of the tub under the valve, the drain cap was removed so the tub flows ok during a shower. Wall paper is peeling and the ceiling needs some repairs. > The desk chair was stuck UP under the desk, the up/down function was not working. > The Cable for local channels was not working at all. > The hot tub was shut down, broken tile all around it.

I don't think I will be choosing a Fairfield Inn again.

We liked the variety of items for breakfast. The room itself was fine.

A number of things were not working: the credit card reader, the coffee machine in the lobby. They also were a non-cash organization which meant we could not get small change for large bills. The furniture in the breakfast seating area is in dire need of overhaul.

The property is very run down! On the website they show a nice hot tub, which is non functional!

Our stay was barely sufficient.

The staff was kind.

It is in desperate need of renovation. Our room was extremely warm, even with the air conditioning on very low. (temp was 35 outside). Room had cobwebs and liquid spills on the furniture. We did not feel particularly comfortable.

We stay at this Fairfield Inn every time we are in Canton. It has become like an old friend.

The breakfast was wonderful! Best coffee too! The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay! I want to recognize Emery, Doreen, and Sierra for their outstanding service! They made our stay truly enjoyable!
