couldn’t understand staff, tried to process my card three times when I’d already paid, no toilet paper in the room, when I called to get some, staff stated he must have gone to the wrong room and laughed, smell of marijuana was PROLIFIC, sheets and towels were stained. NEVER AGAIN FOR THIS PLACE OR BOOKING.COM

When I checked in and went and opened up the door of my room it's stunk so I went in and I told the lady at the check-in desk that there was an awful smell in my room she came with the cleaning lady or I'm sorry the housekeeper and they sprayed and they turned the air conditioner on and it's still stuck in the room then they noticed that there was no fire alarm smoke detector in the room there was nothing but wires hanging out of the wall so they had to go and get a detector and at the same time there was no clicker or remote for the TV so they had to go and get one for me also I left the room for a couple hours and when I came back the smell was still there and horrible and I told them that night I told the man and then in the morning I told the lady that it's still stunk whatever the smell was I don't know but I wasn't very happy and then the room was only a hundred and six dollars so I don't understand why I had to pay almost $120 which was $16 more than what they quoted me at the front desk also they asked for $100 security cuz they said in the event that there would be problems they would use that money to clean up I've never heard of that where I come from our hotels have never asked for a security deposit so I don't know what was up with that but she said that it was pending until they check to make sure the room was like it was supposed to be

My room stunk I asked him if I could go on the second floor they told me those rooms weren't cleaned I was right by the back exit which is not good for someone of my age and my husband's age

Shower had hot water and decent pressure.

We booked a king size room. Upon arrival at 3 o’clock for check-in, we were told the king-size room would not be ready for another 15 minutes. That employee left and when the next one came in about 10 minutes later, they went and checked on our room and told us it would be about another 15 to 20 minutes. Being that we had dinner reservations, we took the double bedroom, even though it wasn’t what we booked. It was one of the newly renovated rooms, but extremely cheap work was done. There were only two outlets that were usable, one in the bathroom and one on the desk. The outlets that were supposed to be on the beds were empty. The hot and cold on the bathroom sink were backwards. Paint work with shotty, bathroom shower did not drain the greatest. Would not return and would not recommend. Look elsewhere.

Lack of cleaning. Bedroom that stink. It doesn't even seem like he Hotel is genuine - I really doubt it's actually maintaned by Radisson , as the name says.

Main reason for going to soak in the hot tub and a hot tub and pool were cold and under construction even though the website said new pool area I asked for a refund I left did not stay and they never refunded me my money poor management

We wanted to be close to the Football Hall of Fame. This was close with many restaurants in the surrounding area. The breakfast was very good and Charlie was really friendly!

The ice machines were not working. One of the elevators wasn't working.

Great location between the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton and the Akron-Canton Airport. Short drive to nearby restaurants. The staff was courteous and did provide me with an electrical extension cord. The room was as expected. Other than no electrical plugs by the bed, I have NO complaints about the room, the bed, or the bathroom.

BIGGEST issue was the lack of electrical plugs near/by the beds. Unfortunately, the state of renovation and thus, no use of the fitness room. No vending machine(s). The items in the lobby were basic, but lacking. And one of the two elevators was not available. Access to the hotel was only available through the front entrance.

The front desk staff were very inviting, friendly, and had great manners.

I did not like the breakfast attendant. It was an older man who was very rude to myself and another female who was getting breakfast. I asked him if there was any cheese for the scrambled eggs, and he looked me in my face, moved his hands from one side to another, and didn't say anything. So I asked him what does that mean, he said look around.... and said, "Do you see any cheese?" I said no, that's why I asked. He then said, "Do you think you're in a 5 star hotel?" with a lot of sarcasm. I said no I know where I am. I just asked if you guys had cheese for the eggs. He replied that he had been working there for over 30 years, and no, you guys didn't have any cheese that the hotel was cheap, and if I wanted cheese, I should have stayed at a better hotel. He was rude to a lady who was making her breakfast she sat her plate down on the buffet to fix her something to drink, and he told her to move her plate. He then said that if she wants to sit her plate down, she needs to put it on the table in the dining room. She said I'm sorry."" I just sat it down for a second to make a cup of juice, and she was about to get it. He told her, " Get it off of here," very sternly and rude. He is the main reason why my stay wasn't the best. It opened my eyes to a lot of other things that I probably would've overlooked. My room was very clean. However, one end of the hallway smelled fresh. The other end smelled badly. Only one ice machine worked in the whole building. Other than that, the stay over all was pretty ok.
