Bad, won't stay there again

Very outdated, worn out facilities. Key card had to be reflashed over 4 times in a 2 day stay. This happened to several rooms in our group. Would not recomend staying here when there are nicer/newer hotels next door for the same price

Update the facilities or lower the price, don't charge the same amount as the new/nicer hotels next door.

Only Minor Gripes

Pretty much everything. All of the staff were awesome and working hard.

2nd day, no hot water for showers The eggs and sausage were undercooked. Out of oj and milk both days.

Less expensive than others but it wasn't worth the trade-off.

It was quiet

The "queen" beds were not. I booked two queen rooms and both of them had full beds, not queens. The breakfast was almost not worth bothering with. The coffee was instant, the juice was watered down. There were no eggs or sausage. There was not coffee all day. Most of the vending machines were out of order. The place is old and needs updating. The carpet is rough, the bottoms of the doors are all busted up. The shower didn't have any pressure. A pretty noticeable lack of maintenance.

The exercise room was equipped and the TV worked well. The water dispenser did not work and the treadmill also did not work. The recumbant bike was in disrepair but did work.

Good stay, close to friends and relatives. Fairly quiet.

Front desk and food service was excellent.Bed and pillows very comfortable. Heater worked awesome. Was given extra blankets as requested.

Toilet was way too low. One elevator. Maid service was lacking because highly understaffed. Outlets loose.

Okay for a few days, visiting Football Hall of Fame

Exterior and lobby were beautiful

Stairways needed cleaning, rugs were dirty, and desperate need of repairs. Room could use some upgrading. Cover on fan cracked and broken. Some mold in between tub enclosure. Breakfast eggs were cold everyday for 3 mornings! Scrambled eggs were consistency of mush.

There needs to be better signage at the main road to tell you where to turn. There are signs for other motels nearby but none for the Comfort Inn. After a long day of driving, it would have been very helpful. The facility has a little age on it and could use a little updating.

As you walk in to the hotel, there is 2 full trash can on each side of the entrance. The shower wall panel bottom was not high enough that after you done take a shower the water spill out to the floor and soak the floor mat. Breakfast sucks, my wife walk in and walk right out. We just went to Dunkin Donut get coffee instead.

Enjoyed my stay here because of pool. I see a motel/hotel as a place to sleep: no need for 10 stars.

We really enjoyed the outdoor pool. The breakfast was good, but my son-in-law didn't like the eggs.

I had to sleep on a sofa bed. Better eggs for my son-in-law, but my grandson liked the waffles.

beds were comfortable.

not clean enough. vacuuming in the room very poor. wall dirty in bathroom. the halls were not vacuumed. the pool gate and deck in very bad condition. mold around the edge of the pool, where tile is broken.

Pillows. Also, the loitering around the back/side entrance was concerning. There were people drinking and smoking outside the door when we returned from our event late in the evening.

The room was clean. The pool was clean and refreshing.

The bed was horrible. It was like sleeping on a cot. The pillows were horrible. Everything is so cheap and outdated. The couch was broke down and filthy. The cups and toiletries were the cheapest available The pool area, tables and chairs were covered in bird poop. The chairs were broken and need replaced. The breakfast was inedible. Lower quality than McDonalds.

Our stay was very nice except for the breakfast situation.

I thought the hotel was very nice and clean as I expected with the exception of the big black spider that camped out on the ceiling for the night we were there.

I would have given a better rating except for the fact that we didn't know the breakfast ended at 9:00am. We arrived at breakfast at 8:59 (I checked my watch) because there was a gal begining to clean up the area. She explainned they closed at 9:00 and proceeded to remove stuff as we were reaching for our breakfast. We thought this was quite rude. I realize we were in error, but I expected a little consideration in the hospitality business. I wish the front desk person would have told us that the breakfast closed at 9:00am.

Room had a Smokey smell that had some kind of cover scent applied to mask it I think. Was not good for sleeping. Towels were worn out and some had holes in them. Rugs appeared dingy.

It sucked!!! No cleanliness standards. Covid?

Traveled all day to get to hotel. Planned to stay there 2 nights. Checked into a room that had soiled underwear hanging from the shower bar. The 2 beds were unmade and dirty. Bathroom was not clean. Obvious no one checked to make sure the room was clean. They got us another room which was dirty as well. At this point my wife checked the 3rd room which had a disgusting toilet seat which was stained and well past it's useful time. After 45 minutes we took the 4th room which had a used bandaid in the middle of the floor. We did not sleep well due to being disgusted with the experience. We had planned on staying for 2 nights but had to disrupt out travel plans. Upon checkout there was no manager and it was several days before we were offered a meager discount which was not adequate at all. We are done with staying at any Choice hotel property and will only stay at Hilton properties. Motel 6 has higher cleaning standards by far for less than half the cost. We shouldn't have to clean and sanitize a bathroom before using it. We work very hard for our money. I guess COVID standards have gone away. Very disgusted!! Drove from Oregon, ruined our trip.
