Breakfast was just ok

Did not get the room I was expecting, did not have any bedding for the pull out couch, no extra blankets or pillows in room, bathroom sink was dirty and did not drain properly. No option to change rooms. Nobody at counter majority of the time, always had to wait for someone. Gentlemen on night shift gave me a key without asking for any identification or even my name. No room cleaning service available on the weekends.

The location is perfect, it, is surrounded around a lot of shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and a lot of updates. The breakfast was very good and you have a variety of foods to eat.

The breakfast is terrible and not commensurate with the hotel price. Polystyrene plates and plastic knives and forks (which bend on use) are a poor choice. The food selection is pretty limited and unappetizing too.

The rooms were big

My room was not very clean. Breakfast started at 7:30 but I had to leave at 7:20 for my event so could not get breakfast T the hotel. There was also no room cleaning in the weekend.

Ok but not the best

Great location and plenty of room in the room .

bathrooms really look like they’re about half clean. Black mold due under the shelves in the shower and really didn’t look like they were cleaned well. Only two waste baskets. Some people on Friday night who were younger were outside celebrating something and we’re very loud till about9:00 PM. Someone was bouncing something off of the hotel like a ball right under my window.

I had a king suite. Tile in bathroom missing grout, not enough utensils for cooking, cable wire was not hooked to tv (I had to hook it up)

Our room could have been cleaner. There was something spilled in the headboard that ran down but was never cleaned. The carpeted floor needed swept, and the tile floors were dirty. I spilled some milk on the tile. I cleaned it with a paper towel and the towel was black where I wiped the floor.

Good area excellent accommodations plenty to see and do

Breakfast daily was great. Social functions were fun. Suites were set up to give families comfortable seperation with nice kitchen and common are. Really liked the setup

Room was amazing. A bathroom in each room was great. Breakfast was good,, fire pit outside was great. Great location and friendly staff.

The TV in the sitting area had six LED lights showing thru the tv, could've been more garbage bags in the room. Also housekeeping left their coffee or previous tenants in the fridge.

Understaffed, no housekeeping, icy pool

Spacious, kitchen amenities were handy, breakfast was fine.

The pool was ice cold and unusable. There was no housekeeping any of the days we stayed at the hotel. I didn’t mind that there was no housekeeping on Thanksgiving (although it would have been nice to know in advance), but not to have it on any of the days we stayed there was a problem for me. There was also no one at the front desk much of the time, including when we checked in and checked out, but that was not a big deal.

The location was great with walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices, coffee was excellent. Loved the service with staff friendly and professional.
