A good airport hotel

The room was clean and well furnished. The airport shuttle was quick, and the driver was friendly. The staff was cordial. Considering that it is an airport hotel with a 24hr shuttle, I thought it was a good value.

The tub was clean but was a little stained. The breakfast buffet --which was an additional charge--was fine, but it wasn't much above the included breakfast buffet in other hotels.

The hotel is convenient to the airport Fast Park, comfortable, clean and plenty of parking. Like there is a small restaurant on site

The breakfast use to be a order from menu, the changed to a buffet for $14.95 per person and no way for what serviced was it worth the kind of money. They need to rethink the price or get more to select from on the buffet.

Annoyed and not very relaxing

Great Location and comfortable beds.

TV wasn’t working so called for help and was told they would speak to someone. 15 minutes later no call. Called front desk again. Nobody responded again. I asked for another room. Went to restaurant and while sitting there another person brought up the TV. He told me how to work the TV which he figured out on his own. Staff should be aware of how to help with this. I paid for my room ahead of time thru booking.com. After my stay I was charged for the room by the Hotel. Spoke with hotel and they said to call booking.com. All info was sent to hotel and the hotel still will not refund. This stay was in July it’s now September and nothing. Just blaming me.

Almost everything functions well.

Nice big shower, fridge & microwave in room, quiet, restaurant on premises, convenient to airport. Good burger restaurant (with some other choices as well). Comfortable beds.

Water heaters that work normally are taken for granted in a decent hotel, but in some rooms in this hotel, you have to run the shower and the sink for about 10 minutes in order to get hot enough water to shower. The front desk told us this when we called to tell them we had only cold water - so they are aware of the issue.

It had all the convenience right down to the hand soap and hand moisturizer!! Definitely worth the stay.

The only thing that was a little drawback was the timing and availability of the shuttle service… wasn’t able to use it as it would not be available easily enough for us to be at the airport. When we checked in there was already someone who was at the airport waiting over 45 minutes or more obviously they probably weren’t very happy. So when they said they would not have anything available to get us there soon enough I wasn’t going to chance it. The only other thing not sure about the sand in water when I took bath and sand stayed in tub after before getting a few hours of sleep

We weren't there very long. It was clean and the person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
