Location was good.
Had really noisy people across the hall. Took mngmt 20 min to shut them up at midnight.

Our room was very comfortable. Our dinner and breakfast were really good. The staff at the desk, restaurant and cleaning staff very nice and helpful.
I didn’t like that we had to pay $10 to park. When I booked this room parking was free. It changed before we stayed at the hotel.

We were double charged by mistake (booking.com and the hotel) and the manager processed the refund promptly. The breakfast was one of the best that I have had having traveled both within and outside of the US. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The attendants were pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent and close to the airport (which was helpful as our flights got cancelled two days in a row). There was also a nature trail next to the hotel where we took our kids walking. Overall, would definitely stay here again.
We waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle. We were told several times that it was coming instead of the attendant just saying (which the driver later told us) there was a shift change, and it only goes each half hour. The pool was grimy and seemed to have a gray film floating in it. My kids were really looking forward to the pool, and this was one of the reasons that we booked this hotel. Otherwise, everything was good.

I don't like being lie to. The room was not what I seen and then my deposit was not returned.
