I said nice place close to downtown

I like the location of the hotel. The hotel is clean.

A particular front desk person I just don’t like her energy sometimes she say like little slick stuff. Housekeepers they seem like they don’t even give enough you a time to check out for instance say that you’re running a little bit behind I understand they have a job to do it seem like as soon as checkout they’re knocking at your door they’re not even giving you time they have cameras watching your every move. The camera puts a box around people when they’re moving throughout the building that’s kind of weird. I like my privacy.

Kind staff horrible location

The two staff members I dealt with were kind.

Saw multiple drug deals go down in the parking lot, saw ladies of the night brought in work. Heard gun shots in the immediate area.

The rooms were a ok rate but it would be nice if there was a discount for staying in this hotel due to seeing a loved one in the hospital.

Surprise

Clean, nice personal, close to hospital and places to eat.

We didn't like the surprise of two adults having sex in the hallway on the floor as we stepped off the elevator! Thank God we were there for a hospital visit and didn't bring our children. Staff said there were no cameras in the hallway smh. We were shocked at the whole ordeal.

Holidays aren't the best time of year to plan a visit to this hotel because they don't the rooms .

I liked the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk staff. Hosea and Ciera were very helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast was good too!

I didn't like the housekeeping staff who didn't clean the room and then tried to rush us out of the room to clean it stating that she was very busy and acted like she couldn't wait for us to leave the room!!

I would come back to this hotel.

The front desk was very accommodating to my requests. The room met my expectations….coffee pot, microwave, c refrigerator, ample towels, comfortable bed and TV easy to get stations. The breakfast was a nice surprise. Delicious cold OJ, warm eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Great large parking lot.

The room had a bit of a stuffy smell.

Close to IU Heath where I was visiting my husband daily, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great, more than enough to choose from. The little snack bar has everything you need. Room was clean and comfortable. Microwave and fridge helped a lot for longer stays. Great location, easy to get around.

It was a nice clean hotel and the breakfast was decent.

I do not recall when I made the reservation that a $100 refundable deposit was due when you checked into the hotel. My opinion would be if you are going to charge people for the room and then expect another $100 when they arrive it should be very plainly disclosed when you book the room.

Staff were kind and responsive. Room was relatively clean and normal size. Hotel was super close to Newfields, which was awesome!

Clean, comfortable, and incredible value, the staff were all great, and the location was really decent.

The room smelled of old smoke that was sunk into the carpet or walls despite it being a smoke free room. We kept the window open and the air on high to drown it out.

The breakfast was decent and the staff were all very kind.

There was a lot of noise during my stay making it hard to sleep. The street noise, a couple screaming at each other in the middle of the night, and the AC unit and fridge went off every 5 minutes or so. I also brought my own towel which was mistakenly taken by housekeeping.

ROOM KEYS DO NOT WORK YOU WILL HAVE TO GET A NEW ROOM KEY EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE YOUR ROOM STAFF TOLD ME I HAD SOMEONE INSIDE LOCKING IT. NO ONE WAS IN MY ROOM. ONE STAFF MEMBER SAID THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. ONE (manager i think) SAID HE HAS NEVER SEEN AN ISSUE.

Not a good experience for the kids. I thought we can rest but got more tired and stress.

We didn’t able to sleep comfortably, it was around 5am and someone was knocking on our door and trying to open our door. It happened almost 20 mins. My dad and my kids were so scared. I don’t know if I will call the police or not, i tried to call the reception thru the room phone but was busy. My daughter now is scared when she hears someone on the hallway, she thinks someone will try to open our door. I spoke to a lady, and she apologized but when I am checking out and talking to the manager who I believed was an Indian, he seems not listening to me and just want me to leave, and won’t even listen to my concern.

It was an ok stay.

The hallway had a strange odor. My room was not cleaned thoroughly. Had worn socks still in closet. No extra blanket for sofa bed. Chair had red stains on it wasn’t sure if it was juice or blood.

Great location, good variety for breakfast, was comfy just not as clean as I expected

I had requested an early arrival. They were not quite ready when we arrived early. Then at 3 o’clock when we came to check in the room was still not ready. We had a little bit of a wait and then had to go into a different room.

We had two pullout couches, one of the couches had a bed pad that was clearly visibly dirty. When we took out the couch bed underneath the couch there were a whole bunch of used rose petals. We sat in the chairs to watch TV and underneath the chairs was garbage.
