The additional $48 for parking (a day) was outrageous. $150 for damage charges is unreasonable, the most a hotel has charged me was $80.

Would’ve rated better but the parking was $43 and had to valet because I left and got back the garage was full. When I picked my vehicle up the next morning realized down the road that the valet had taken all my loose bills in the center console ( about $25)

Hotels.com indicated that the room slept 4 people. There was 1 bed, no couch, pullout tongues available. The Hampton staff was great, and sent us extra blankets to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We will never book though hotels.com again.

Breakfast was average, with limited variety, and there was no option to get lunch or dinner for a first-time visitor in the city, which made it a little uncomfortable. People are nice and welcoming. I love the fact that the property was non-smoking. Keep up the good work

Overall the stay is very nice. However, the parking garage is extremely small. If it’s full, only about 30 cars?, I’m not sure what you would do. And the they charge for parking! $42/overnight. Never once mentioned with booking!

The smell. Was so strong.I couldn't hardly breathe and I had a headache. It was like too much flowers and smell like lilacs and i'm allergic to lilacs

Our hotel booking was sent over wrong and gave us a king size bed when it was my husband, myself, and 2 kids. The hotel was full so no other rooms available. We had to make "beds" for our kids on the floor.
