Room was very comfortable, staff was very nice, easy access to downtown.

Super cozy and quiet, outside and some of the inside facilities need updating.

Easy and fast check-in. I believe my suite was soundproof. It was extremely quiet and I loved every minute of that.

Shares a parking lot with another residential/apt building. Can’t tell which crowd was which when going and coming. I’m big on security so that was irritating as some of the people from the apt building were loud and in groups at the hotel area. Only 1 elevator was working and the lobby needs more space so that you can have somewhat of a private conversation with staff and a comfortable place to line up or wait for your turn in line. Very small up front.

Nice Hotel!

The hotel was beautiful. I liked my atrium balcony. The bed & pillows were nice. The lounge & food were really good and I liked the 24 hour Marketplace. You even had contact solution that I forgot! This would be a great place for a wedding.

My room was hot and had a strong musty smell. I opened my balcony door and turned the heat all the down, which helped a little. The bathroom was tiny.

Generally our stay was good, comfortable and convenient for a couple of days prior to flying home.

I like that they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. 24H airport shuttle and ample parking.

No water filling station or drinking fountain. Only one is in the gym for a big hotel of its class. And the cleaning or house keeper, during our first day was a bit lazy and not polite.

Disappointed in the building, happy with the staff

Staff were great; shuttle driver was good and service in the breakfast restaurant was excellent.

Initial room was by the back entrance, took 2 trips back to reception bef ore I could find the tiny elevator. Then it had no windows, just open to the lobby. A dreadful design and guest should be warned ahead. I was moved. The beds were good but at an angle so hard to get around the room, and there was no armchair or comfortable place to sit. The tub took 10 minutes to fill; flow restrictors or low water pressure, and then the bottom surface was heavily textured with sand-- good to avoid slipping but impossibly uncomfortable on bare skin. Also the shampoo etc are so high up you have to drag yourself up and out of the water repeatedly, and there was no soap or option. I know many people lie a shower and I do if in a rush but this stay I had time for a nice relaxing soak so made sure the room had a tub but couldn't enjoy it.

The free shuttle to the airport was good. Keep in mind although the hotel is very close to the airport, it still takes 10-15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at the terminal, since it goes all around the airport.

We had only one single dining option at the hotel and the meal quality was well below average. I have also been trying to reach the hotel via booking.com messaging center, but they are not responsive.

Perfect location to the airport for first time travelers.

Best location for Hawaiians traveling to Indiana for the first time! Proximity to the airport and ease of access from freeway and departure to airport was perfect.

We missed your breakfast as we needed to be at the airport to catch the 6:30 am flight back to Hawaii! An earlier breakfast or unstaffed breakfast service would be perfect (coffee, rolls, cereal, yogurt)! Grab and go breakfast for early risers.

Price included breakfast, but we had to go to airport at 5:50 and it starts at 6. Feel they could have at least provided a muffin since we missed the meal. Wasn’t happy

The cleanliness of the room and layout was very nice and despite being on the property of the airport, the sound was completely blocked out and I could sleep nicely. The hotel was clean and spacious.

The bathroom sink was backed up and no matter how long I waited, it never drained out. Thus, the water I used to shave in and brush my teeth in remained all night long and never drained. Aside from that, my stay was great.

The food exsperience was good. Bed was fantastic. Decor in the hotel and room was fantastic and inviting. The inhouse market was a big plus.

Ice machine on 3rd floor bronken duing our stay and was not fixed after reporting. Had to elevator down to 2nd floor for ice then return to room.

The convenience of leaving the car having a shuttle to and from your flights would definitely stay there again.

The location of the property to the airport is excellent. They have a shuttle that will take you to the airport. You can also leave your car there and they will shuttle you back to it when your flight returns for a small fee. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

In summary - Service, Laundry Service and Food need attention.

1. Manager Tom was most helpful, a credit to Crowne. 2. A mobile makeup/shaving mirror in the bathroom is a very good addition.

1. I called to say we were delayed due to flight and the service rep said not problem. Arrived the following afternoon after a 20+ hours flight and it became a problem. 3 staffers, nice, but I was told they could not assist me. After upwards of 15mins, manager Tom walked in and fixed it in a moment. He walked one of the front desk staff through the process, simply and I was relived that a manager of his caliber was present. 2. No included laundry service, unlike the Hyatt down the road. 3. Told that room service was unavailable while I'm on a work call and cannot leave my room? Is that not the point of room service? 4. Pork Chops were dry and tasteless, sound was decent, but for the cost compared to Uber Eats and nearby hotels, it needs to be better. 5. Noisy aircon, service guys could not fix, so moved to a new room. Thankyou, but that "thrumming" motor engine noise was still there, a few feet from my head when trying to sleep even in the new room.

There was a slight sewage smell existing the elevator on the 2nd floor. May have been the trash receptacle as you enter and exit. It was fairly strong upon arrival but less noticeable the morning when I left.

We were able to leave our car parked at rhe hotel. We liked that they had a shuttle to take us to and from the airport. The property was very conveniently located to the airport and the staff were great!
