I am a regular at this Hotel, I travel for work. I choose this Hotel over the high end Hotels simply because it is exceptionally clean, inviting, and the owners are just amazing people! There is a reason there are a handful of plaques given to them for exceptional service above the check in counter! They definitely earn that!

The ONLY negative to this entire hotel is I wish the vending machines took debit cards, I never carry cash and would like to be able to use the machines in the hotel instead of spending money at the gas station and having to run somewhere in the evening. Other than that, this Hotel is perfect!

I travel for work every week and come back to this location every single week unless I am off. This hotel is hands down the friendliest, and well taken care of Super 8 I have ever stayed at. It is right in the town center and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and anything any delivery services you may need. 10/10 every time I come back! Always greeted with a smile and very humble and happy people!

No complaints except....please upgrade the vending machine so I can use my debit card hahaha! Not a deal breaker though! I would just rather keep my money at the hotel instead of the gas station!

The inside of hotel could use a paint job, the section we were in.

The most friendliest staff greets you when you walk in. The lobby is clean and smells good, the family that runs it exudes a happy feeling. The entire place is beyond clean, more than the high end hotels in town. The property and rooms are very quiet and allows you a very restful sleep. Beds are extremely comfy. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I stay every week for work and will always come back! They make sure you always feel like home.

Wish the vending machines took debit cards. I rarely carry cash and it is inconvenient late at night when you want a drink or snack, you have to go to the local store. I would rather keep my money at the Hotel instead. Other than that zero complaints!!

I love everything about this Hotel. I travel for work and come back every week to stay here from out of state. When I walk in I'm greeted by my name with a smile! The family that runs its is so amazingly friendly and has hands down the best customer service I've ever had! There are higher end hotels in town which I have previously stayed in. I found that his property was not only cleaner but quieter. The breakfast is minimal but the cleanliness, comfort, hospitality, quietness and location beat the higher end hotels. Every stay I leave refreshed from the best sleep! I also love that on nice cool days the windows are able to crack open. I really enjoy being able to have the fresh air and listen to the traffic. It's very relaxing .I will keep coming back again and again! I highly suggest you give this hotel a try! 🥰

I actually only have one minor complaint and it's not even really a complaint ....the vending machines do not take debit cards which isn't a big deal but rarely do I carry cash so it would just be convenient to be able to use my debit card instead of having to walk over to the convenience store next door for drinks and snacks Id rather keep my money within the hotel 😊

Desk clerk very friendly. He offered his assistance without hesitation when asked for help.

Price too high and $12 is too much for a lone pet one night. other locations only charge $10. In addition all internet sites I looked at just said pet friendly with no warning of a fee. So very surprised to have to pay $12 more than expected. Would like this to be refunded to credit card.

Everything I had a 2-month-old granddaughter passed away and I checked into the hotel so I can get some sleep cuz I hadn't slept in a week for one the manager was rude at the beginning then I get woke up at 7:30 8:00 in the morning with housekeeping banging on the door cross the hall from me like she's the police screaming at the top of her lungs housekeeping at 8:00 a.m. they gave me a little bit of a late check out they call me 40 minutes before my check out to ask me if I'm leaving that was the worst state in a hotel in my life I do not recommend this place to anyone at all if you stay here you're a fool if you want to good hotel in mountain home I completely recommend quality inn my niece is there right now and says they are taking exceptionally well care of her... So kudos and my hats off to quality inn and suites in mountain home but super 8 in mountain home sucks they are horrible the only thing nice about it was the nice lady that checked me in she was awesome that was it that was the only nice part of my stay with the check in by the lady that checked me and she was very nice the rest of the stay was hell total crap
