I was very impressed with the room and the pool. The complimentary breakfast was great, it had a decent variety. The staff was very prompt when needed. I will say we had a small leak under the toilet in the bathroom. Keep in mind this can happen it didn’t inconvenience us however left unattended could cause problems for the hotel. We let them know about it and told them know it wasn’t an issue just wanted to make them aware. They were quick to respond and they were quick to repair and bring new towels as well. Also for those who may not know if you are in the mtn home area for doctor/hospital visits this hotel does special rates that could be (rates vary is why I say could be) better than where you are booking. You have to call in to the facility.

I will say it could have been warmer in the pool area they have heat lamps in the pool area. Keep in mind it was January in mtn home. It’s cold and I’m a weenie so… other than that it was great.

I had a nice week there. Everything seemed clean. I would come back.

Good location, room was comfortable

Advertised as heated pool, but water felt like ice. Everything seemed almost the exact same as it was in 1983, when I had my wedding there. It could use some updating.staff was hard to find. I think only one ice maker in the whole place worked. It was always struggling to fill my bucket.

Staff was friendly, bed was okay, netflix once the TV was fixed, waffle maker at breakfast

Indoor pool was not temperature controlled or very warm at all it was cold, tv wouldn't connect to wifi or use netflix until staff factory reset it

I wasn't on the property long enough

Within 30 min of being in the room at the property a bed bug crawled onto the bed and onto my father. We went to front desk and asked for a refund. We were met with denial of the the issue even after I provided a date and timed stamped photo of the bed bug.

Hands down best bang for your buck

Good location. Friendly staff on all shifts. Nice cool chill spot for one night or a few. Chill little throw back pool area with a dance hall. Super good food at the restaurant/bar on premises and a good ice cream shop on premises. Biker friendly. As a traveler on a bike this is my go to spot in this area. If you ask to use the water hose to wash your bike they will let you.

Location and availability to change things as far as early check in, late check out, and room upgrade

No blankets on the beds, just sheets. Half of the lights didnt work. Missing tiles in the bathroom ceiling. Not enough parking. TV didnt work. Mini fridge didnt work. The pool was green and the entire building smelled terrible

Roaches found in rooms. Hall ways VERY hot. Laundry room out of order No room service had to bring dirty towels to front desk to get more ice machine down air In 2 room didn’t work well it was hot. They had no fans to help out ! Room doors would NOT lock well at all had to almost slam them shut overall our family was disappointed in this hotel basically was a dirty hotel and HOT

Awesome I Love staying with yall when I come to town

The night shift guy was super awesome, chill and friendly(lol like you guys are friends) , gave you that make yourself at home vibe. the hotel seemed quiet and relaxing . All the staff was accommodating and pleasant! The rooms have been nicely remodeled and they have done a great job of renovating. Loved that it had a little laundry area that was a plus

Not much I didn’t like, my daughter said that our first night we stayed on the pet side in one of the lower rooms and that it would have been nice to have a thicker blanket on bed !

We liked the location. The staff was also very nice!

The bed was super uncomfortable and made noises every time you moved. I was in a joining room and the people next to me had a puppy who was very loud and I could hear everything they did. The AC unit thing made terrible noises. And the room had a weird smell and everything was sticky.
