MET MY EXPECTATIONS, AND PROVIDED A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

I THOUGHT FOR A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, THAT IT WAS QUITE GOOD, AND THE TWO ATTENDANTS WERE VERY PLEASANT. THE APPLIANCES IN THE ROOM WERE VERY FUNCTIONAL AND THE TV WAS THE RIGHT SIZE. BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE ROOM FELT CLEAN. THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM WORKED WELL AND QUIET IN BOTH HEAT AND COOL.

MORE DAYS WITH BACON. INCONSISTANT HOT SHOWER WATER DURING PEAK MORNING TIMES; OTHERWISE WORKED WELL, BUT PRESSURE WAS SOMEWHAT LOW. THE SHOWERS WERE CONSTRUCTED DURING A TIME WHEN I GUESS TUBS WERE POPULAR RATHER THAN WALK IN SHOWERS. THEY NEED TO INSTALL A TOWEL HOOK NEAR THE SHOWER. PERFORM SIMPLE MAINTENANCE LIKE TIGHTENING THE TOILET PAPER RACK AND THE HANDLE FOR THE SHOWER WATER. WE INITIATED A MAINTENANCE REQUEST ON THE FIRST DAY, AND WE WERE THERE FOR TWO WEEKS, AND IT NEVER GOT ADDRESSED.

The hotel was clean and the handicap accessible room was perfect for my disabled husband.

Breakfast was great with many choices. Staff was very friendly and it was clean in the lobby, eating area, and the room.

Lovely, new facility. Needs help providing hot water.

Property is new or newish. Even the stairwells have clean carpet. The rooms are spacious, good comfortable bedding. Breakfast is complete and has delicious cinnamon rolls besides all the usual!

Our shower had a head that changed spray but no setting with any power. And the hot water was not plentiful. The second person (only two of us) had a warmish/cool shower.

I booked the room for 3 and my sister was taken to ER and could not come. I told this to check in clerk and he didn't comment. I had to pay for 3 even though only 2 ate breakfast
