Last weekend at the lake

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Close to plenty of places to eat and shop. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. Well priced.

Granted it was only 2 levels but it didn't have and elevator. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and the bed pillows were kind of hard and small. I would have liked to have regular standard pillows.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great, I mean, your standard Continental breakfast, but they never ran out of anything and yeah, good overall atmosphere and friendly staff.

The website said 2 outdoor pools, but there's only 1. No biggie, but the kids of course wanted to try both and, just the 1.

There is no elevator in this hotel. It is only two stories tall, but my wife struggled to get up the stairs due to a bad back, and no ground floor rooms were available. Would not have booked this hotel if that had been explained up front.

I'll never stay at a Quality Inn again, as I cant be sure I'll have a room.

The room was exceptionally clean and most of the staff were very nice. The morning staff were not friendly.

We were reserved as JOSEPHBEV rather than Beverly Moore by Booking com but they sorted it out. I reserved a room well in advance WITH a pet, but neglected to reserve a pet friendly room and they were filled on the first floor. They gave us a room on the second floor, but there was no elevator and we are handicapped. My husband went to breakfast around 830 and there was hardly anything left. The attendant started putting stuff away before 9 and clearly did not want to be there.

We were charged for two nights in July and didn't stay because the pool was closed the motel was supposed to have taken this off and received our credit card bill today and was charged $260.79 so obviously they didn't take care of it things need to be updated on internet when the pool is out of order!!

GREAT STAY, GREAT STAFF AND SUPER CLEAN ROOM AND COMFY BED.

We loved this hotel. The front desk staff was so nice. They called our room to see if everything was good. The beds are so comfortable and the room was way cleaner than some of the expensive hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. We will be staying here every time we are in the area. Great place to stay!!!! Thanks Quality Inn!!!!

This is a repeat hotel for us! My father lives in the area and we sleep there whenever we visit, which is often. The hotel is very comfortable.

There is no elevator and the breakfast is less than stellar. Maybe it's better on the weekends...we only stay during the week.

The woman working breakfast was fabulous. Front desk staff was also very helpful and gave me minibar credit for a minor issue in extending my stay.
