Clean, refreshed as needed. Assisted bathroom option. My dog was welcome. Decent breakfast. Quiet except for the fan it was really noisy we finally shut it off. We would stay there again.

Room was very clean. I wish there were better choices for the breakfast, maybe fresh fruit.

When I arrived to check in, I discovered that I had left my purse at the hospital. I became very distraught. The young lady at the desk was so very kind & understanding & i was extremely grateful for her kindness. She allowed me to go ahead & check in while I confirmed that the hospital security did indeed have my purse. I stayed 3 nights, and I never had a negative incident or issue. I totally would recommend staying here!

Property is pet friendly for small dogs

Pet areas were very small & limited. And not really pet friendly. Room was clean and the king bed was comfortable.

The two ladys that were there running it one was the manager Laura I think were the nicest and most helpful I have ever ran into at a hotel, I would definately stay there again !!

Our room had dirty carpet and the room smelled like mildew and mold. We left around 4am to another hotel thank goodness! My nose and throat both burned from the stench. Definitely will never return there!!

I’m not sure where to start, but staying here was a HUGE mistake. We needed a handicap room and from the moment we started down the hall, I could smell a mildew smell. There were plug ins all down the hall, but the worst was when we entered the room. I complained and came to find out the place was built on a creek and the first floor has common problems with mildew, especially because the AC is on the floor and it recycles the air from outside. Moving to another hotel wasn’t an option because of big music festival in town. Our room key didn’t work at least a dozen times and I had to walk up to get it reset. The staff is super nice. They tried to be helpful and sprayed our AC thoroughly with a bleach cleaner until that is all we smelled for about 30 minutes, then the mildew smell came back. I’ve never been so happy to leave a hotel. But honestly it wasn’t for lack of effort from the staff. This hotel has some real issues and nice people will it be enough to ever return.

The rooms were clean, modern and smelled clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Temperature control was responsible and comfortable. Staff were exceptional. Great value for the money.

Hotel had a weird smell in the rooms. AC smelled like mildew or wet dog. Carpet in the rooms smelled terrible. Shower head had mold with several noticeable mold spots on shower tub. The small fridge didn’t cool. Door lock didn’t properly shut. Ice machine had a terrible taste. I checked out earlier than anticipated and got charged the entire trip. There waa no partial refund. This place was expensive to stay and not worth the cleanliness. Breakfast was liquified materials you had to heat up in a communal pan.

All staff we encountered including the owner was polite and easy to deal with.

It was a great overnight stay, clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about but most hotel free breakfasts aren't.

We stayed at the quality Inn and suites in Mountain Home Arkansas for one night and absolutely loved it. The rooms were well appointed and clean. It was located within walking distance to some restaurants. And the staff was fantastic extremely friendly.

I dont like the fact that they only accept dogs under 25 lbs. My wife has an emotional support animal that is a cat . And we were refused our reservation we had for weeks in advance

Honestly the best stay I’ve had at a hotel EVER, not the fanciest place in the world, TV’s need updated and no elevator but there was no entitlement that hotel people always have, the uptight characteristics and attitude that you constantly receive from the front desk people you don’t get here. It was an amazing day. The front desk was very quick very simple now whenever you go here, I would highly recommend going through the quality in website not hotel.com. Makes a process a little bit smoother but overall fantastic.

Needed a Quick place to stop for the night on the way to a friends house this provided everything we needed was comfortable and well placed The only thing that would have made it better would have been an elevator.

Was very surprised to find that there was no elevator as someone people have difficulty with stairs and wou l’d not know to request a first floor room. The breakfast h both hot and cold items and felt there enough choices.

Excellent customer service. The staff was all super friendly. Clean rooms and great FREE breakfast. Loved our stay!
