Avoid this place

Initially, the price per night. The bed was comfortable. That's all.

When we arrived, the room was hot and smelled like boiling PineSol. Unknown to us at arrival (because we had shoes on) the carpet was soaking wet. We didn't realize this until after returning to the room later in the evening. There were lots of utility trucks in the parking lot, and the utility employees (who were apparently staying at the facility long term) were playing loud music from their vehicles, hanging outside of the rooms, drinking and talking loudly until very late at night. They even kept their room doors open and left their food/beverage containers out on the walkway. We reported these issues multiple times to the staff. After repeat behavior, we reported this to the staff. We were told that the workers were guaranteed business, so there wasn't much they could/would do. We didn't feel valued nor safe, so we asked for a refund for the remaining reserved nights and went to a different, much more accommodating facility. Oh, and the room was not very clean ie the walls had lots of scuff marks and furniture/curtains were very outdated. The bathroom had exposed plumbing pipes in the ceiling.

Highly enjoyable and a comfortable room for the price.

I had requested a smoking room, when we checked in, they gave us the option of the smoking or non-smoking room. They allowed us to go and see if we would like to stay in that room or the non-smoking room they had reserved for us. We did go down and check out the smoking room and decided to stay in the non-smoking room. The smoking room was just a little less clean (not due to the owner's but the smokers who left burn marks on the bathtub and that burn the bedding...it's really not the Staff's problem, more so it falls on the shoulders of the people that had previously stayed in the room previously. The non-smoking room was very clean, very comfortable and would recommend to any one traveling to Mountain Home.

Maybe more of a breakfast selection? No complaints, actually.

Price is good but is it really worth it??

I loved that the woman at the front desk called the morning of arrival to check on us before our trip.

I didn't like that there were a bunch of men working on their vehicle in front of our room til the wee hours of the morning. Not to mention they were leaned up against our window and were talking LOUD!!!!

If you are needing a quiet place to stop for the night. It was inexpensive and the staff were great.

It was very convenient to the main road. The staff was very helpful and nice. There was no problems with noise or anything. We had a very nice stay here.

The beds were extremely hard. But it was ok for our 2 night stay. No swimming pool so our kids were disappointed and no breakfast either. But all around we had a good stay here.

Superb

My son and I are looking at real estate and our stay at the Mountain Home Executive Inn was so good that we stayed over extra days.

We liked it all. The new owners are wonderful, contrary to the Mena Executive Inn was a complete disappointment.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is always exceptionally clean.

The fridge wasn't cooling bc it needed to be defrosted. I don't like that fact that people live there and the back side is always cluttered with junk.

The location was good the rooms were very clean and the staff were pleasant.

There seemed to be alot of drug addicted people staying in the motel and the police kicked in a door on one room due to a domestic violence call. Feeling safe was an issue and they do not allow you to get your money back if you want to leave.

Basic, no-frills non-smoking room. Most important was clean and I slept comfortably. Service at the desk was a little slow, but otherwise pleasant.

No mention of breakfast or available Wi-Fi. I had no expectation for breakfast, which I'm sure would consist of something poor in nutrition.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, the manager and his daughter were delightful to visit with.

I did not know that a breakfast was offered! The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed visiting with them. The room was very clean. I was traveling by motorcycle and was allowed to park my bike under the car port during my stay, which I really appreciated.

I had problems with the shower head not working.

NEVER stay here unless the world is ending, then if so, sleep in your car

I liked Absolutely nothing about this place. Dirty, rude owner, resident tenants who are noisy, refused to fix issues, transfer to another room, or refund my money

Room was filthy and had flies, tv was terrible and had few channels. Resident tenants were noisy until 3 am. Owners solution to me being upset was to call the police to make me leave, without a refund, on day 2 of 7. 1.5 miserable nights cost me 359$

It had a decent bed to sleep in. That's all.

Room smelled like smoke (non-smoking room). No breakfast, as advertised. Third person (our daughter) did not stay with us after all. (There were only towels, linens for only two, anyway.) Staff would not give credit back. Used mattresses were leaning against a post on the parking lo t edge. Bathtub had no stopper for bath (had to stuff one of two washcloths in the drain hole). Price was way too high for those accommodations. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH EXECUTIVE INN.
