Days Inn by Wyndham Mountain Home

Nothing , due to I booked my stayed showed up and the refused me my service then went and put it as an “No SHOW” so they would get there money anyways . Been calling the property and shockingly the manager is not there.

Relaxing and convenient.

Ease of checking in, breakfast, and quiet. No carpet

Could not reach shower handle so had to take a bath.

Breakfast was good but basic hotel hot Breakfast the staff was amazing hotel was quiet & located at a great location with a couple of places to eat across from parking lot we rode our motorcycle on this trip & hit a rain storm the desk offered us dry towels & put our wet clothes in a dryer for us & let us park our motorcycle under the front door canopy we will be making the same trip next year & planning on staying here again

Clean comfortable room at a great price. Great location.

The room above us was so noisy. It sounded like they were moving furniture. It didn't stop until 11:40pm.

From cleaning to head staff wore true down to earth people it be the only place I will ever. Made us feel like family at home! *********************** that's 20* stars = a true must see for yourselves.

The fact there was no elevator for my elderly mother who doesn’t do well with stairs.

Breakfast isn’t great

The facility sat back from the main highway through town, could not hear any traffic noise from the room that faced onto the highway. Breakfast was decent with, what I thought was very good coffee and awesome orange juice.

There was an issue with the digital security key and an outside door but it was mostly an inconvenience.

Didn’t eat breakfast.

We stay here each time we come to Mountain Home. Our stay is always great

Very clean, front desk from check in to check out was Great.stayed 4 nights enjoyed nice hot breakfast...very fresh n hot. We in Room 112 greatly appreciated our room being cleaned n smells good even open curtains for when we came back. Ask for one extra towel since there were three of us, Ladies were very polite and put a extra towel everyday for me. Thank you very much😄 p.s. Pool was clean and nice.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND BEDS WERE COMFY- STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY PARKING WAS CONVENIENT

WE COULD HEAR PEOPLE WALKING ABOVE US AS WE WERE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR WE COULD HEAR OUR NEIGHBORS NEXT DOOR TALKING THERE WAS ALOT OF NOISE AND THINGS BEING DROPPED ON THE FLOOR ABOVE US (ROOM 112 IS WHERE WE STAYED) NOT SURE WHAT WAS ABOVE US-BUT AT 5 AM IT WAS VERY LOUD-AND WOKE US UP.

Staff was very friendly. Greeted with a smile. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Drink machine was out of order.

Good value, nothing fancy but everything functional. Quiet and a little bit out of the way.

Some things in the room were worn or shabby but everything was clean.

It was clean and far enough back off the main road that you didn’t hear vehicles passing.

Was ready early I get up Early. Fine for a smaller place. I came for the pool. Nice sized clean. Nice staff and met some great people.

It was in a convenient location. The pool was clean.

The property was nice. However when I got there, the trash cans were full from the previous people who stayed in the room. I understand that one of the days there were no vacancies so the situation couldn’t be resolved. My husband, and our kids were kept up all night from the people above us. I kindly asked the front desk if they could ask them to quiet down. (It was 11:30 at night) he said there were 3 kids and 4 adults and it was very packed in the hotel. Okay cool, just ask them to tone it down. Second night comes around and it’s a repeat, except they didn’t even offer to move us, and it’s like the noises became louder. My oldest son made the comment that it “sounded like they were playing hot potato with the tv” clearly they had told them they were being loud and reported by my room due to the fact as they were leaving they banged on my door. I didn’t appreciate the fact that after the second and 3rd complaint, nothing was done. We drove 8 hours for my sisters wedding and were super exhausted. I was expecting to have a relaxed weekend, but boy I was wrong.

Three-night stay to ride the Ozark Mountains/Branson, Mo. etc. and couldn't have picked a better place to home base from. Very clean, very comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff to boot. Location has woods out back, so it doesn't feel like you're in a mall parking lot either. Great Pick! Great job staff! PS. Back road riding is Awesome in Arkansas!

The Am personal for the 19 and 20th was the best. This man was very helpful, friendly , informative, professional and had a great breakfast ready on time and well staffed

The man who checked me in the evening of the 18 was rude.

The property was clean. The staff is very pleasant. The beds were comfortable.

It was clean and pleasant. They have breakfast in the mornings. Vending machines in the hall.

Did not like the bed surround bottom of bed. Ever time you got in bed or turned it made noice.

Not accommodating. I did not you a handicap room as I’m not in a wheelchair and would not take that away from somebody

Staff came out of their laundry room very abruptly without looking and almost ran in to us more than once. There was a dirty wash rag from previous guest on top of shower curtain.

I liked the clean room and soft beds.

I didn't like the breakfast options.
