Tired, drab room in desperate need of refreshing; not ADA-accessible.

Location was fine. Kitchen area was small but well equipped.

Completely inaccessible for disabled person - one has to enter via a flight of stairs before checking in. And after checking in but before having a room key, we could get into the garage but not from the garage into the building. Intercom broken - obviously not recently. Called to ask about EV charging, was assured it existed; wasn't told it was max 2 hours or that 1 of 3 chargers was not working. Our room was tired and worn (a tear in the headboard!) and everything was stiff and hard to operate -- the bathroom door, the bathroom faucets, light switches. We had a lamp with a broken cord - that was a fire hazard. We borrowed DVDs from the front desk but realized we had no DVD player in the room. Maintenance guy came and fixed that as well as the lamp - said the only new thing in the room was the TV, which we had to SIGN IN to watch! (And I mean to watch anything, not apps.) How useless. And we had a family emergency and had to leave a day early; front desk night clerk said go through Booking.com for a refund but when Booking asked the hotel, he said they would say yes; as you may have guessed, the hotel did not say yes. I wasn't surprised by that but I didn't appreciate being lied to. Overall would most definitely NOT recommend.

Roaches in room, small space in room. Site does not clarify style of room. Staff at front not very welcoming. Seems like they don't want to be there. Also got double charged 35$ fee which I paid already in my original reservation.

Love the location, the nostalgic feel, the tennis facilities

Check in time was 4 but our room wasn't ready till after 4:30. Check out time had been changed to 10 since our booking so this was unexpected. When I asked the front desk about getting a little leeway with checkout since our room wasn't even ready at check in time I was met with an icy "no" response.

Exceptional

We stayed in a 1 bedroom bungalow. It was well stocked. The bed was so comfy. Both my adult children said the sofa pull out was the most comfortable ever. The bungalow was clean. The staff was wonderful. The grounds beautiful. The pools crystal clear and so clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi every night. We loved being so close to downtown, definitely within walking distance. We loved the history of the tennis club. We love the vibe. We loved our stay!

This is the place to be!

I loved the room it had everything the bed was nice and comfy and the room had a small kitchen with everything you ever needed and the refrigerator was nice and big which is always a plus for me. The bathroom was very nice it had a makeup mirror and blow dryer. The room also had a safe and trash cans which is a must in my book. They had a fitness center that was really nice as well as the activities room were you can get popcorn, ice and water as well as coffee or just wind down and enjoy your stay. The hotel was right next to a restaurant which is really convenient and then if you’re into tennis they have the courts right there it’s honestly my top best hotel I have yet been to. The staff was amazing they gave me the information I needed everytime I asked and were always friendly. Would recommend a lot to everyone.

No Much, nothing I wasn't there long eenough

No Handicap entrance, no air conditioning in the hallway between rooms, no one to get me a baggage cart, had to find one, the door to ny room did not close alll the way due to swelling, I reported it, I was charged twice for cleaning, I had to pay for the full three days. The elevators smelled so bad, I ended up in the hospital with heart failure for the mold in my lungs, which I did not have before the stay

Great except from one staff member

Everything was great. Great pro shop staff. Our swipe cards did time out and the large dark woman on reception was extremely rude to my husband who politely asked her to reinstate key action. Everything apart from her loud unhelpful behaviour was perfect.No tefl cation on the rest of the great staff

Wonderful location with lots of space.

This property is very well located. It was an easy walk to a wide array of restaurants and stores. I also appreciated having so much space (each unit is an individual apartment).

Our room was directly adjacent to the "quiet pool," but people were there screaming and playing music all day long. In the future, I will request a room away from the pool.

Great Location. For a longer stay the facilities were great, laundry room, recreation room with all day coffee or tea, filtered water, bbq, bikes for use.

Our room was above the laundry room, so we heard banging throughout the day and evenings.
