We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return! It was within walking distance to the main drag and we didn’t have a vehicle. The room includes everything you could need. Multiple hot tubs on the property and we loved the coffee machine in the main building (activities room). Only negative, no flexibility with check out time which is 10:30 am. We will definitely return though!!

The room was nice and clean, but it needed some repairs. The faucet was not properly attached to the sink, the shower was a bit dated, there were not enough plugs for the phone. They don’t clean the room every day unless you pay a lot per cleaning.

The property itself was such a unique property, very clean and very well maintained. The resort was very quiet and the view of the mountain side was simply stunning. We also could easily walk downtown to grab breakfast or dinner and grocery stores are around within a mile. The room was perfect for our needs offering a full kitchen and fridge.

The hotel has not been renovated in a long time. The furniture and carpets in common areas are heavily worn, dirty, and threadbare. In the bathroom, there is very weak water pressure and the pipes are persistently clogged. The room smelled from sewage issues. Towels were dirty.

We have been staying here for years. Although it has been quite a while since we were there. It was ridiculous how hot the pool was. Could not even enjoy it on a hot day! The room smelled old and musty. Maybe air the room out when you know there is a guest checking in.

Helpful staff, but rooms need tending. The AC didn’t work in our room, they set us up in another room while we were out late. The Tv didn’t work in the second room’s living room, but I wasn’t in the mood to change again for that. Check out is very early compared to other hotels in the area and they couldn’t accommodate a late check out in the off season. Property was super nice though.

Every time I have the property is always very clean, restaurant next door. This time I stayed there it was a sad time for me. My brother was sick and passed away on Wednesday. I have always felt safe at your facility.

The restaurant next to the hotel was over 12 and we had our 1 year old so we were not able to try it. The layout of the hotel was different than most. The gym was across a street and so was the tennis courts. The pool and hot tub was close by which was nice. And the room was very spacious. It had a full kitchen which if you are staying there a couple nights it’s nice to have the option to cook. Over all I would recommend.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this facility. Even though it was very hot during the day we were able to get very early morning tennis times, borrow bikes and use the many pools often. It is a few block walk into town which made for some very fun short bike rides and walks. This property is incredibly built into the side of a hill with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. We really felt one with the desert and honestly I will be back again. Also we were in text contact with managers the entire visit and they helped us with any of the needs we had. At what point there was a lot of debris in one of the lesser used pools. I texted the front desk and within 5 minutes someone was there with a screen and he was incredibly kind and clean the whole pool for us. Thanks Manny!

We loved our stay! The room had much more than we expected. Very clean and comfortable. There was even a little spa pool close to our room right next to the mountain. So wonderful and we had it all to ourselves. We did have to get use to the loud room air conditioner but it was worth it! This is our favorite hotel in Palm Springs.

We loved our stay at the PS Tennis Club! What a great value tucked away under the embrace of the San Jacinto mountains, but an easy walk into town. We loved the adult pool and flower hot tub! There were two other pool areas to choose from, but the adult pool was laid back and quiet. We loved the complimentary bicycles also. Our bungalow had a great kitchenette so we hit up Trader Joe’s in Cathedral City for breakfast and lunches and then enjoyed dinners out and about downtown. Staff was very helpful as well. We will be back!

The room was fine; quiet, roomy, everything worked and it was a well stocked studio with a Mountain View. Front desk staff—- no bueno. Not nice not friendly not helpful—-seemingly unhappy workers or I was very smelly?we were checked quickly. We did check in early 2:30 instead of 4/4:30. Our unit was the furthest end of the complex away from pool and restaurant. One entrance /exit to hotel—- always passed the front lobby—- no back stairs or easy access to street/ vehicle—-was annoying. Esp. since they were such a friendly crew. Kudos Augustin —-the nicest worker on the property. 3 nights stay but only one complimentary a.m. in room coffee—- upon request for a 2nd? “You can purchase at front desk.” Because the room was nice enough & quiet—Perhaps a repeat. I like being close to downtown and the place is right at the base of the mountain- very nice.
