It was a very nice and quiet get away weekend for my family. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean.

I wish all of the rooms had refrigerators. We had to call to have one brought to our room.

Very clean room, as well as the whole facility

The rooms being connected/ separated by a door not a good idea! We could hear all the noice from the other room. Also, for a luxury hotel, I expected more stuff in the bathroom, such as: magnifying mirror, shower cap, body lotion, etc.

The staff and early check-in was very helpful.

The middle eastern wedding party started getting ready for their early morning wedding at 3:00 am and the noise lasted all night. The doors slammed constantly and we could hear them loudly. We didn’t get a wink of sleep and we were in a wedding the next day too. We were exhausted. It is in their culture to do it that way, but it was difficult for us. We enjoyed seeing a bit of their customs the following day, but we were hurting for sleep.

Love this hotel!

We love this hotel. We've stayed there several times and will stay there next time we visit. The hotel is clean and fresh. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is excellent. The parking lot is super huge and there's plenty of room to go and exercise our dog.

They need to vacuum under the bed and the couch. You can see the dust bunnies and other detritus...

The staff does an amazing job cleaning and taking pride in their work. The room set up with the sofa area, etc. was well thought out, comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind. Very nice facility. Great breakfast as well.

The rooms are clean, comfortable,and have most of what you need.

The refrigerator didn't work but I didn't want to switch rooms mid stay. The cable package was just basic, but for the cost of the room it could at least have a premium package.

For a basic weekend stay, don't overlook Hyatt Place Novi

The reception personnel were kind. And for a family of 3 the room was a great size.

The breakfast offerings were barely edible and very lacking. Just about everything was stale, overcooked, and lackluster. Going forward, consider adding fresh options such as fruit, sliced veggies, and whole grain bread or cereal options.

It's good because it's right there where the show places for people out of town that have conferences.

It's great that it's close to places to eat and shop and attached to the showplace. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean.

The room they put me in the view was the back of the showplace and a parking lot. Wad watching workers and delivery trucks and was a place where employees hang out at the back of the building. It was just awful and couldn't keep my shade open. If I would've known it was that view I would've requested a different room. Didn't really have much for television wise for movies and tons of sports channels which maybe some people like that not for me.

That the location was right next to showplace and tucked away basically hidden almost Also didn't like the breakfast for the price I paid for the rooms should've been a full breakfast bar with bacon waffle maker and all only a few options this is the Hyatt comfort inn offered more than that

My first time at Hyatt

I loved the spacious rooms and the nice view from the high floor. My favorite room feature was the frosted glass barn doors. Also, the complimentary breakfast was better than other hotels I've visited.

Other than not having a microwave in the room, everything was great.
