Clean hotel, walking distance from restaurant , stores , movies & attractions.

I was able to cook in my own room & didnt have to go to a restaurant. It was super clean, basket ball court,& the pool.

I would definitely recommend the Residence Inn Novi to anyone who wants a nice hotel.

I like the fact that it was very quiet and clean. The staff was friendly. One young lady in particular from the room cleaning staff was very nice. We had a room on the 3rd floor and every time I saw her she asked if I needed anything. I wish I could remember her name. Our room #305

Horrible stay

NOTHING!!

Service was horrible, the front desk person was very rude! Room was dirty when we arrived, stains on couch dried food on cushions. No body soap in the shower or not enough towels. Requested late check out and given incorrect information

Pleasant except for the interruption during the night.

Breakfast was excellent, even the coffee as good. Normally you cannot get good strong coffee, yours was really surprisingly good!

During the night (late around 2:30) other customers upstairs came in and made so much noise the light (emergency) came on, kept me up for 1.5 hours!

No hot water

The bed was comfortable, the size of the room was great for the family, and having a kitchen.

There is a sign on the tap that says, "allow water to run for 5-10 minutes for hot water." Water in the shower never got hot and was super low pressure for my husband, so I and the kids did not try to even shower. You really need to fix this at least in room 101.

Won’t go back.

Location was good.

Forgot my purse in the room after checking out. Realized it 5 minutes down the road, called and turned around for it. Got my purse and money was stolen out of my wallet. IN THE MATTER OF 5 MINUTES. they did nothing at the hotel and didn’t care. Will never stay there again.

I've thought for the most part the environment was nice and the room is clean other than a few nicks into the wall and broken glass on the mirror inside the bathroom.

The first night and the second night required me staying up so 2:00 and 4:00 in the morning both times to call and complain to the desk about our neighbors next to us and the neighbors above us making horrible noises all throughout the evening into the morning. The first night a group of kids were drunk and laughing and stomping upstairs above us. We were in room 108 and it was constant throughout the first night and then Saturday night into Sunday morning we had to call again because a large family next to us in room 106 was fighting throughout the night till about 4:00 a.m. and their kids were running up and down the halls slamming into doors kicking our door and arguing throughout the night until I had to call the manager to come talk to them again.

The breakfast was good and the kitchette was nice

I paid for a studio suite which was supposed to have 1 KING bed and 1 sofa bed. The bed in the room was smaller than the sofa bed and definitely not a king. Also, it was February and in the single digits and we could only get the air unit to blow cold air even when it was on heat. Not very nice when it is below freezing outside. Lastly, the staff when I checked in barely talked to me and didn't inform me of hours for breakfast, pool hours, check out time, etc.

Stay was ok.

Night staff member was unimpressive when arrived first evening at hotel. Was told on arriving by staff there was no housekeeping services. Hotel shut all the hotel’s water off from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm on 2nd day of stay. Not pleasant. Tub is very steep sided, can obviously be dangerous when showering…no safety handrail in shower/tub area and no non-slip protection provided for bottom of tub. No lights kept on at night in main hotel seating area off lobby. Not inviting to guests to meet or sit in there in the evening,
