It was good. I always in joy the pool and spa and the pantry.

I was upset the breakfast closed 15 minutes early. I was in town to put my father to rest R.I.P and we were having alot of emotions and when I would go to breakfast they were packing everything up. So we kind of got to enjoy it a little.

And I when I call to see if I could get a price match they informed me they cannot do that. I said I would still get my points. Filled up on the way home never received her HGI points for this day or our last day which was very disappointed. They told me they price match when the fact that they do not. Please do better. It's like you're tough and the amenities

Excellent place to get away

Staff were all very friendly and never hesitated to help me in any way they could. Their breakfast buffet had lots of options that I enjoyed. My room was spacious and clean.

Regulating the temperature of the room could be difficult. It was often too hot.

Excellent place to stay in Novi for suite sytle accommodation

breakfast was great, lots of variety and plenty to eat, timeframe was good location was amazing - accross from Kroger's supermarket and plenty of other restuarants, down the road to 12 oaks mall, we were working in Brighton so was only quick 10min drive room was amazing - KS bed super comfy, lounge and desk great, didn't want any tv so can't comment on that, kitchen was great with lots of useful items cleaniness - was amazing, except no room service on the weekend and they didn't make beds each day, not sure whether that was included laundry - was right across the hall from us and was free, had 4 washing machines and 4 dryers and never had to wait staff - super friendly and helpful, laundry lady always had a smile and was super nice to chat to and would great you each morning and ask about your day, what you had planned, were you enjoying Detroit etc. facilities - again amazing, office with printer which we took advantage of, internet superslow but the facilities were free so can't complain, pool, gym and boardroom all excellent. super amazing walking tracks around the premises which we took advantage of every day

our room was next to the lift so was a bit noisy when the lift was working at night time and you were trying to go to sleep, and didn't make beds everyday

Enjoyable Comfortable spacious room stay with indoor pool and hot tub!

Comfortable, enjoyed the hall walkway to the detached pool/hot tub. Very near restaurants and shopping with easy off freeway. Spacious with kitchenette and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast and quick check-in and out. Clean and fairly new. Really liked the Halloween decor outside!

Loud music and guests in pool areas. The hot tub temp was lukewarm later in the evening and hot hot during day. Pool towels quite small. No soda from fountain machine just water.

Great value for extended stay when visiting hospital for extended time

Spacious rooms, great value, kitchen

The most foul odor permeated all three floors upon arrival. It was inescapable. Smelled like rotten cabbage and sauerkraut. Apparently it was the broccoli served at the hotel. The coffee in the rooms was awful and bitter. Being picky the guide function on the remote did not work.

If we ever came back, we would stay there again just don’t want that to happen to anybody else.

It was a great hotel overall. Greeted by friendly staff. The breakfast was probably one of the most amazing breakfast that we’ve ever had at a hotel and we loved the room.

My hotel room ended up having glass on the floor. I have four kids with me, my youngest one and a half who happened to pick up at the marble size square of glass and put it in his mouth. Also the pieces that were found on the floor were super sharp. It took one second for one of my kids or myself to step on that and it would go straight into our foot.And then in the kitchen and the cracking under the refrigerator, you can see the little shiny pieces of glass. Not that I was asking for compensation. The staff was super understandable, but it would’ve been nice to have something like that. Could’ve been a major lawsuit on their behalf.

Great stay.. just would have much rathered a regular room as opposed to a handicap room.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The buffet for breakfast was good with plenty to choose from.

We were given a handicap room, which we didn't need. So, we were not sure how to use some things. The bed was very noisy but comfortable.

Not a good experience

The hotel dishonored our reservation at booking.com claiming that the reservation is canceled even we shied them the confirmation pulled out from the booking.com app. So we have to rebook on site and pay the price difference.

Stay somewhere else in Novi!

There was fresh fruit in the morning for breakfast that was very good. It was the only good thing about my stay here.

The hotel smelled and was VERY noisy. People going in and out of their rooms, slamming their doors, you could hear the people in the room above you walking around, stomping, making noise all throughout the day and night. The pillows were AWFUL, and the bed was just so-so. I woke up in a Lupus flare the next morning from being uncomfortable and not getting any decent sleep due to the noise. I decided to check out early instead of staying another night. I was told that only a general manager could approve the refund, and they wouldn't be back in until Monday. Despite checking out by 11am and giving them plenty of time to clean and book that room with someone else, the manager did not refund the night I did not stay there!!!

I liked how clean it was. It was also very nice that it had a kitchenette. The breakfast buffet in the morning was nicely done.

I didn’t like that our room was right on the front sidewalk. My husband slept on the left side of the bed and it was a tight squeeze for his legs between the bed and the corner of the dresser. I was on the other side of the bed and I thought the automatic night light was too bright. I need to bring a sleep mask next time.

Disappointing - I won't be back.

The room was clean. Late check in was easy.

We stayed at this hotel pre-covd and found it very comfortable, but that is not the case now. The hotel was very noisy - all night long. You could hear all of your neighbors - our upstairs neighbor showered at 2:30am. There was only warm water not hot, both mornings. The bed was like a taco with a big sunken area in the middle, which made it very difficult for both my partner and I to sleep in the bed together. The air handling unit was extremely noisy. One-half of the parking lot was not lit, making me concerned that my car would be broken into since the hotel is remote.

Breakfast was fine. Care was given to health issues.

Hot tub was not clear water, was green tinted, pool was clear but was not inviting.
