Just the front desk staff

Dirty, nasty hair in the bedroom, and bathroom. They didn't sweep at all 3 nights i was there. Trash was not pick up until I was there late 6pm Saturday and sunday same thing at 830pm trash was still there. So upsetting. Food was cold and coffee was warm. Prices are way too high. I have stayed with you 3yrs now. And no change at all. I paid over 600 dollars for 3nights. And for that service is not good.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was in an excellent location. The hotel itself was very clean, and the breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Michigan.

The only problem I had was the refrigerator in the room did not work.

Bathroom was filthy, even after I had asked housekeeping to clean it.

Convent location.

The room was really dirty. When I Got to my room I saw that the bathroom was disgusting. There were food nail clippings on the floor, and hair and debris swept into the corners of the bathroom. I saw a room attendent down the hall and got her to mop ( really just swiftered the floor). She didn’t even get any of the corners and still left the hair in the corners. After she left I notices that there was urine around the base of the toilet. I won’t be staying there again.

It was comfortable but I’ll try a different place next time.

Breakfast wasn’t anything special. You could make a waffle from a carton or an egg thing from a sealed plastic pouch made in China. Even the pastries were from another land. I passed on breakfast.

Internet connection was ridiculous, you need to sign up on some website for a fee or tap this button & it’s free ! Oh yeah that button didn’t work.

Overall an excellent place to stay in Wixom area

Room was very nice, hotel had great accommodations and the staff was professional and seemed to be an all around well run property in comparison to other places I've stayed in this region of Michigan

Only issue I had is that I booked online through booking.com and when I arrived my room was not ready and it took a while and a manager to figure it out and we had to wait for them to ready a room on the fly. But they did handle the issue promptly

Very good

The overall experience of staying in here for two night was good. The hotel is closed to nearby shopping centers and restaurant in short driving distance. The wall seemed to be thin though, as we may occacionally hear footsteps and noises from somewhere. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. The included continetal breakfast was average.

Inexpensive but no soundproofing

Relatively clean and good value. Staff super nice.

I was shocked at how loud the other guests were! Several guests were talking in the hallway just outside my door at 4 am. I asked them to be quiet, and they just kept talking. You can hear every door open in the hallway all through the night. A sleepless stay. Also the hotel has done away with daily housekeeping. Not a big deal, but they didn’t preview this at check in and a 4 day stay was a long time to go without fresh towels or shampoo. I’m sure this could have been requested but I was too busy. Also in a food desert with nothing really near by. But better than other Hampton Inns.
