We were both very happy with our stay and will definitely be returning again!

The breakfast exceeded my expectations, everything was delicious and I was so happy to see so many different options! We were good and full for our drive back home. Thank you!!! Staff were all very kind too!

Would have preferred more of a private bathroom door. I didn’t care for the see-through “privacy” glass, which also made it hard to use the bathroom in the night without waking my roommate, due the bright light.

It was clean

Check in was at 3 got there at 5:15 was checked in to a dirty room then was told the only thing we could do was wait in the lobby for the room to be clean then later when we got in our room our keys quit working. The heat was off in the room so it was freezing so took forever to warm up.

Stayed the night for a nearby wedding. Great stay.

Breakfast had a lot of options, was nice. The staff kept checking on the food and keeping the area clean, great job. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I want one of those pillows!

At checkin, the nice man helping us did not tell us about breakfast. We figured on the way to our room they must have breakfast because we seen the little area for it. So it would have been nice to know the times for it when we checked in, but not really a big deal.

Great location, room's were clean. Chelsea was great.

Be careful about being charged again if you paid on Booking.com. Was charged twice, two separate transactions on my credit card for the whole stay. Isaiah was absolutely awful to deal with basically said tough luck. 😕 Chelsea, on the other hand, was phenomenal and got it figured out in 5 minutes. Shes a rock star.

Absolutely nothing

They over charged me by almost $100 than what I booked it for. They refused to honor the booking rate. The room had tons of dead bugs/beetles. We did see two live beetles. Unable to switch rooms or they charged us even though we slept in the car!!!

disappointing that this new hotel is going down hill fast

location we’ve stayed here before and it was great

Check in did not make me feel comfortable. We were assigned a room on the first floor and it felt like a ‘motel’ or truck stop. When we asked to change rooms the evening auditor made us uncomfortable and was slightly argumentative. we moved rooms and the new room had a wad of toilet paper in flushed in the toilet, needed some attention to cleaning and no shampoo in the shower. not enough sheets for the trundle and non cleaned areas all over the room. the breakfast was lacking the normal breakfast options. they had a sandwich item and sausage separately. it was strange. but I will say an employee was super sweet and helped my daughter reach the cereal.

need to work on cleaning the rooms when guest stay multiple days. Give clean linens after 2nd day. I had to ask for them. my room was never cleaned during my stay. the gentleman that checked me in wasn’t the friendliest but maybe he was having a bad day.

Over all I enjoyed my stay minus the few mishaps, when I checked out I was given extra points.

Breakfast was decent, make sure you go down early...I arrived at 9am majority of the food was gone

I did not like the toliet in the bathroom...looks like a potty chair for toddlers, very small I did not like how my room was not cleaned and given fresh towels and linen...lack of communication during check in When called down for fresh linen...I was told 15 minutes...no one came.
