    1. Continental breakfast was never once ready before we had to leave at 7:30am even though it was advertised as 6am-10am. 2. They unchanged me $124 after 1 night because of their mistake and wouldnt allow me to stay if I didnt pay the upgrade. I booked a double room and they mistakenly charged me and gave me a double room for the first night then a single for the remaining 4 nights. I drove 250 miles to have them upcharge me. 3. Room was absolutely disgusting, burns in the bed covers, paint stains in the tub, smelled of cigarettes.. 4. Housekeeping wouldnt give us clean towels. We went 4 days asking Housekeeping and the front desk for towels to be told they didnt have any... 2 towels for 2 working men for 5 days? 5. The man who worked behind the desk was absolutely rude as could be when I asked whe. The continental breakfast would be ready as he walked in to work at 7:15am... his answer "I'll have it ready when I have it ready!" Not a hotel i would ever stay in again or would I ever recommend them! I travel every week for work and they lost a long term 2 room rental!!!! Bad bad bad management here!!!
