Good value good location no issues

It was a good place for a quick night. Didn't get to try the free breakfast but it smelled good

Maybe more towels and longer pool hrs. I didnt find anything that is going to make me not go back. The bed was a bit creaky

Spacious Clean Room

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the small couch and ottoman. It allowed me to relax and watch TV and read. There was a small kitchenette with a small counter and sink, microwave and fridge. The water pressure in the shower was very nice and plenty of hot water. I have already thought about when I can stay there again. Free parking, right beside a Cracker Barrel. Plenty of restaurants near by and located right off the interstate. The area seemed safe and it was easy to get to. Pool and exercise room seem nice but I did not use them. Small area with snacks available at the front desk.

The bathroom is a little small but clean. The fan on the heater was louder than I would have liked but I sleep with a fan on at home so I got used to it. The location is right off the interstate which does come with some noise from traffic. The breakfast was okay. It was Thanksgiving morning so it may not have been the best day to judge it. Normal hotel breakfast choices so you definitely had choices, but I ended up just taking some yogurt.

Usually a good stay but not this time

The room was clean, free of odor, and spacious. Not too noisy at night. Staff was friendly. They offer a swimming pool but did not try it. Clean restroom. Breakfast has been good in the past.

Breakfast ended at 9am on Saturday and Sunday so unable to get any breakfast. Bed was squeaky and very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs coming through. Have stayed here before in the past and bed was comfortable at that time. Coffee pot in the room needs replaced. Plugs need replaced, unable to charge anything on outlets by the bed. Bring your own body wash as it is not offered. Wifi was spotty.

Breakfast was nice...The room looked nice...It should have never used

We had no hot water to take a shower with. Our toilet overflowed and ran all night. I told him this morning when we checked out what we'd experienced and he just said oh sorry he didn't write it down to have maintenance do anything with it he just said I'll check into it. That's not how you keep people coming back.

Smallest bathroom I have ever had in a hotel.

Front desk could have been more welcoming at check-in. At checkout was not even acknowledged when returning room key. The breakfast staff was very welcoming however!

The manager was super rude. I woke up one morning and there were ants everywhere. He seemed pissed when I asked for new cards but after pretending to win unit after I cleared my stuff was very unprofessional

Great, amazing, stunning customer service and housekeeping is very great at their job. All around great stay and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here at the Comfort Suites ☺️

EVerything was wonderful, except the breakfast.

ALmost eveything

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. The sausage links were terrible. The eggs were runny. The sausage gravy looked like it was recycled from the previous day. The orange juice mix was way off. This is not an isolated issue. I've stayed at comfort suies in the past and the breakfast has never been good.

It was perfect for what we needed.

Breakfast was fine. Adequate space for seating. Food choices satisfactory

Noise from hallway and above our room a little annoying. Sounded like kids running up and down the hall upstairs while we were trying to sleep

Price was very affordable.

Sinks wouldn’t drain. Clogged up. Hot color was cold and vice versa on sink. The shower head barely ran. Smelled in room. Load noises coming through thin window.

Great stay after we got past the lousy front desk night manager.

The breakfast was really good.

The night shift manager didn’t have a clue what he was doing on the night of 21 Nov. We moved our nights over one night and had our confirmation number and everything. He couldn’t and would look for our confirmation number. He just said we didn’t have one and that was it. We called booking.com and then his attitude changed.

We've stayed at this location several times in the past year and a half. The rooms have always been clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, so it was easy to rest and relax! The breakfast options are great - eggs, biscuits & gravy, bacon one day, sausage the next, baked goods, waffles, yogurt, cereal, everyone had something they liked.

I thought our room was filthy. the blow dryer in the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time…it was so dirty looking it was disgusting. The facility itself didn’t smell clean like you expect a hotel to. the bed I thought was uncomfortable also.
