Easy to locate and free parking in front of rooms.

Continental breakfast was a joke. Couple of nutrition bars and box juice in a paper bag. TV only worked part of the time like they had remote control for the signal and selected when it was on or off.

Too much noise outside room no cameras in each lot. The old smell of mold in bathroom . The price is very costly

It was quiet, clean and warm. Comfortable bed. They have good coffee in the morning. Nice staff.

Just packed breakfast. The internet did not work all the time.

Friendly staff,it was fine for what we needed.

The pillows,you could tell they where well used and washed.

The room was comfortable the area was nice and Quiet and service was ok I would come back again

The fact that the guy managing that day CLEARLY gave my family's room away! In a crisis at that!! We had NOWHERE to go and slept in our car to keep warm!! He stated he couldn't see our reservation in his computer. I pointed out confirmation on my phone and the "all set" near said confirmation. He said with a smug attitude barely able to look me in the eyes, that..it "didn't matter. If its not on his computer, then i don't have a reservation!". Then insisted several times that i cancel a reservation that I supposedly didn't even have! I'm Assuming to cover his own tracks. Following his many requests for me to cancel on my end, he says, "get back on your phone and reserve a rm, but NOT HERE, because we have NO rooms"! REALLY?? So we spent hours til dark trying to find a rm physically driving burning gas, as well as calling everywhere, but rms would be gone b4 an agent could put credit card info into they're system. Literally asking if we were willing to commute out of state for a rm. I'm Literally still fuming from the horror of that day. As well as the blatant disregard for my reservation and family's well being. CLEARLY someone stayed in our rm or I wouldn't be getting this email asking "how our stay was"! Really? Simply Criminal!!! Especially when it's a less than quality establishment to begin with. But when you're in a desperate situation, as so many others across MI were that day. You do what you have to. It took me hours to secure that reservation after trying for hours to find any. My family was FREEZING in our home. So, to finally feel the "security" of the reservation i felt relieved. Again, still really upset and will take further action so that hopefully this will never happen to another person there again in a future crisis!! SMH!!
